We hired a car for three days.The woman in the office was friendly and the car was in perfect condition.The Google Maps position was on the wrong side if the road so we had to search a bit. But the right address was only about 50m away.

As a family we were going to stay in Riva and wanted a hire car. I pre-booked this via the Avis app. We turned up at the allocated time, signed in the necessary places and drove the car away. Car was in perfect condition. We returned it on time and that was that.The person we dealt with was friendly and although she did not speak much English, this was not an issue.So the hiring of the car went exactly as we would want it too. Smoothly.

No nonsense rental. Good English service. Location was a bit hard to find; no fancy Avis office, rental service is run by a back alley garage.
