Positano Limo Service

I booked our transfers from Napoli Central Station to Positano and back to Napoli Central Station 4 months on advance. Our first transfer (with stopover on Pompeii) was excellent in large part due to the excellent service provided by Ciro our driver. Regrettably, the night before our scheduled return when I reached out to confirm, I was told they made an error in booking drivers and my return trip was cancelled. This was problematic for many reasons, but mainly the domino effect that it caused with our remaining 3 days of itinerary in Italy. The person whom I interacted with basically told me, there was an error and that there was nothing they could or would be willing to do to help. I’m now going to have my family take a ferry to Salerno, add an additional train segment and hope that all goes to plan on order to salvage some of our plans. Do not book this service, unless you’d like to be treated poorly by their management even if you’ve done all of the proper planning.

I had an excellent experience with Positano Limo Service. Our driver, Paula, was exceptional: she arrived early for both of our rides, gave us information about the area, and overall was so kind and patient. We took a trip from the Amalfi coast to Pompeii (and back) and another from Amalfi to Rome. This service made it super easy. I would just recommend you have cash as that’s their preferred method of payment and we had to stop so I could get some out.

I have used Positano Limo Service two times over the past 2 years and they have been excellent. They are on time and don't take advantage of you because you are a tourist. Both of my drivers were professional and enjoyable to chat with. The spoke english well enough to carry on conversations the entire day. I will continue to use them for car service, tours and excursions from the ports of Naples and Sorrento.

We recently toured the Amalfi coast on a day long tour with Position Limousine Service. We were very happy with the service and especially our driver Marco. He was pleasant, professional and accommodating. In fact, I left my reading glasses in the van but didn't realize that until after the van had gone. We called Marco but wasn't able to talk to him so I left a message but I wondered if I would hear from him again. The next morning Marco called and confirmed that indeed I had let my glasses in the van. Marco delivered them to me early the next morning...without expecting remuneration...he simply left the at reception!The van was clean comfortable and safe!

Please avoid this service. We had a transfer booked for 5:45am to drive our party to the airport for an 8:30am flight. After the service didn’t show on time, we called, at which point they admitted they made an error and had our transfer scheduled for 5:45PM.This fact pattern is already problematic. We confirmed pickup time with the limo company via email, and the form we submitted to book in the first place was in 24hr time - meaning it’s nearly impossible to confuse AM and PM.Having accepted we were going to miss our flight, we asked that they send us a car ASAP to take us to the nearest train station so we could catch a train to get to our destination (we were traveling from Naples to Sicily).What turned into a quick 2-3 hour trip to Sicily turned into a 10 hour ordeal. Most of my group understands that from time to time, mistakes happen. Unfortunately in this case, the Limo service has refused to make us whole for the money we lost as a result of missing the flights, for which they are entirely at fault.Because of this company’s blatant disregard for customer service, my group is out the $800 in flights we should have been able to make, had this company completed the basic function of a car service - arrive for pick up on time.

Paola was fantastic picking us up from the Naples train station and bringing us to Sorrento. Great conversation and start to our honeymoon.

We had been provided a professional and wonderful service from Positano Limo Service. We have done everyting through email, they have replied all of our questions fast and with precise answers. The driver (Luigi) was a great guy, he was on time, made us comfortable, talked us about the region, suggested us places and returned my sunglasses which I forgot in the car when he dropped us in the airport, which was a great thing.

We used Positano limo service for our transfers from Rome to Positano.  Overall great service.  Comfortable transportation, clean new car and well dressed driver.  I would use this service again.
