Очень шумно за окном и даже если закрыть окна и ставни,то все равно очень слышно! И крутая лестница ,для тех кто с большими чемоданами -тяжело!!!!! А остальное:расположение,чистота,размер апартаментов,дружелюбие персонала просто отлично))

Los departamentos son espectaculares. Muy completos ya que disponen de todo para poder utilizarlos si querés cocinar. El baño un lujo. El precio es algo elevado pero se obtiene algo por lo que uno paga. La única desventaja para decir es que es por escaleras y subir una maleta grande por ahí puede ser bastante trabajoso.

Reasonable apartment to rent, although can be quite expensive if you don't have enough people to fill the space (we got a 3 person room for 220 euros/day).Owner mostly only comes in the mornings from a nearby location or is reachable by cell. Make sure you did get an Email with the door code before you come (ours was sent just the day before so I never read that mail until after we arrived).Languages: owner spoke at least English well enough for us to communicate.AC: make sure you know how to use it before your first night. In some rooms, it may have a hard time keeping the bedroom cold unless setup just right.bathroom: the top floor had a bathtub where you had to shower on your knees due to the ceiling. Hot water had to be reset once, but otherwise things worked.wifi: For us it was very poor. The stone buildings made it so that you had to be in the right place for the signal to even work, but at the time we came the access point had a failure which made most connections not work unless you knew how to setup a static IP on your computer. In other words, it didn't work so well but it did not require a limited time access code once working (tip: DHCP was busted on the access point and I had to force an IP address on my laptop for things to work. Owner thinks the line is bad, but it's not the line, it's just the access point that is bad).Location: location was good, it was quiet yet close to St Mark's square. View from the 3rd floor's patio was pretty nice.Breakfast: none, this is not a B&B.Elevator: note that you'll have to carry your luggage up a lot of stairs like in most places in Venice.Misc: kitchen was basic. Some things were missing but the owner added them when we pointed them out (ideally they ought to be checked after each guest leaves from a checklist). Even basic consumables like salt, pepper, or paper towels are for you to take care of.

Good central location, three separate rooms in our unit which was great for our family. Small kitchen and a washing machine although no dryer. Getting access was easy.

Pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur, pas de canapé, des photos qui mélangent toutes les suites et vantent la terrasse et un magnifique salon... Très déçu.
