This place has it all, location, great service, comfortable, nice breakfast, nice rooms, close to San Marcos plaza, and vaporetto station.This is an apartment that has been converted to a B&B, it only has 3 rooms, which is nice, they have a nice hostess that is very knowledgeable and kind, she speaks several languages, and is very helpful with your needs (directions, maps, recommendations, requests, etc).Breakfast is very complete, they gave different kind of cereals, breads, cake, boiled eggs, ham, fruit, juices, coffee, teas.Room we got was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, we had a view to the canal and could see the gondolas passing serenading everyday at early night. Bathroom was great, nice shower with different options. Two bathroom sinks, with window.This room could easily accommodate 3 people, it had an extra bed at the entrance and 2 twin beds at the main area (those are converted into 1 double bed if needed, seems is very common on Venice hotels), they have Netflix, flat screen TV, good WiFi.When we were ready to return home, we had the advantage of being the first ones on the vaporetto as this is the first stop via airport, so you can pick your sit and place your luggage with no issues.

Really disappointed by the room. The shower wasn't working at our arrival. We asked for a double bed and they put 2 single bed together. We could feel it in the middle Is it not free to have a bottle of water every day.The view on the other hand was fantastic.

This place was amazing. If you visit this beautiful town and want to stay away from the tourist scene and feel at home, this is it!The room was clean. The views were great and we felt very secure. We also got all the info we needed to beat the tide and catch the right water taxied.Don’t miss out!

Camera in stile barocco tipico veneziano. Il soffitto è fatto in travi in legno. Tutto cigola ma supponiamo che siano così tutte le strutture a venezia. Pulizia ottima. La doccia dovrebbe essere idromassaggio ma non va. Il letto sarebbe dovuto essere un matrimoniale ma avevamo due materassi singoli accostati. Vista canale secondario, molto suggestiva. Posizione ottima ma è anche il punto di raccolta della spazzatura porta a porta della zona quindi impossibile non svegliarsi alle 8.30. Paragonando la stanza ai prezzi di venezia è un buon qualità prezzo, paragonandola alle altre città cara per la qualità che offre, forse si paga più la posizione che la stanza di per sé. Host gentilissimi e disponibili.

Très bien placé au centre de Venise, proche des grands sites de la ville.Une chambre très agréable, une belle déco, une literie de très bonne qualité et une jolie vue sur un canal.L’accueil est également très agréable.

A lovely little hotel in the heart of San Marco. Family owned business providing only few rooms, all with windows to the canals of venice where you will see gondolas very very regularly. Equipped with very comfortable beds and medium sized bathrooms (way bigger than the average bathroom in venice, mind you) the flair of the room screams mid-century Italy - so be aware that you will receive the full package of ambiance when you book a room in this lovely, romantic little hotel.By the way, you will barely notice the name of the hotel on the outside doors. Once you find it and enter the little yard, you‘ll fall in love.

Fantastic bread and breakfast. Rooms appear to be recently furnished and are done to a very nice standard. It's a very comfy room with plenty of space and three windows looking out over the canals. The bathroom looked very modern with a nice walk in shower, we didn't have the shower cubicle thing shown in some photos on a booking site.The location is fantastic being a short walk from the main tourist attractions, but not too close, so that it is a little bit quieter away from the tourists.The staff were amazing and really friendly. They also gave us a map with restaurants that they like, great idea, to avoid going to tourist traps, and being able to try some local spots.Great continental breakfast, much better then some hotels I have been to.Highly recommend this place.
