We have engaged the services of Violetta on numerous travel plans to Italy and even Switzerland. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Every tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging. Every driver was prompt and courteous. The planning remotely from the US to Violetta was seamless. Her attention to important sites were spot on. Violetta is our point person for future vacation planning in Italy and Europe.

Absolutely the only way to tour Europe! We recently made three stops (cruise) in Rome, Florence and Cannes. Violetta had wonderful drivers and guides that held very flexible schedules and were very knowledgeable about the regions! Excellent service!!

I had a wonderful city tour with Violetta. Her knowledge and passion for the city were obvious. It really made the city come alive. In my experience, there is far more to guiding than the basic knowledge of the city - the initial communication coordinating the visit, the style of delivery, and a fully customised experience are all part of the bigger picture. Somos chilenos y encargamos la realización de nuestra boda a Beauty in Italy, agencia que cumplió a cabalidad cada uno de nuestros requerimientos, incluso superó nuestras expectativas ya que todo el tramite administrativo que necesitamos para validar la boda tanto en Italia como en Chile fue realizado en forma eficiente por esta agencia, en especial Violetta, quien al hablar español -entre otros idiomas- permitió una comunicación fluida con todo el ayuntamiento italiano.
