Nice experience but not amazing as we were expecting. The view is beautiful but we thought most of the food was just ok. We did the 5 course menu and the pre-appetizers and first course (sea-bass cracker) were very good but nothing after that was a stand out for either of us. The wine pairing selections were very good.We also didn’t like that they offered us a welcome glass of sparkling wine in a way that made it seem complimentary but they charged us €50 for two glasses (in addition to our wine pairing). We wouldn’t have said yes if we had known

My husband and I went to a few different Michelin restaurants while in Italy and this was my favorite.I am a very picky eater and have been disappointed by tasting" experiences in the past.This experience was mind-blowing

Definitely Michelin worthy! Chef Luigi is a gastronomic genius and his tasting menus were just incredible. The wine list is extensive and well-curated; the sommelier helped us select the most perfect local selections to accompany the six-course Radici tasting menu we chose on our first night at Le Agavi. Such a rewarding and incredible experience! So glad we chose La Serra over some other recommended tasting- menu restaurants.

Fantastic dinner. We would recommend and probably go back.The location is lovely on a terrace with unobstructed views of Positano and the coast.Service was nice, personal and attentive. Staff was caring without being intrusive.The food was excellent and very much in accordance with the location and the tradition. We particularly enjoyed the Stella di mare, the riso di pasta and the tuna.

The best restaurant in Positano ! The food, the views, the service, the staff, Nicoletta and Chef Luigi are simply the best ! Allow the team to surprise you with the tasting menu ... you will never be disappointed. Bravo La Serra !!!!

Ristorante stellato dell’hotel le Agavi a Positano. Ambiente intimo ed elegante e vista spettacolare fanno da cornice alla cucina straordinaria di questo posto. I piatti sono vere e proprie opere d’arte, riescono a conciliare perfettamente i sapori, gli odori con la bellezza stessa dell’impiattamento. Merita la seconda stella. Assolutamente consigliato

Visited La Serra for my birthday dinner in May. It was exceptional. The 7-8 course tasting menu was fun, inventive, and delicious (ottimo). We marveled at the beauty of Kandinsky's Lunar Eclipse, drooled over the flavors of crustations ... traveling to Thailand

Come sempre scrivo solo del ristorante. Bellissima terrazza sul mare dello splendido hotel a Le Agavi di Positano. Il personale preparato e davvero molto gentile ci ha ottimamente servito con pochissime sbavature. Indiscutibile il tocco dello Chef Tramontano che abbina le tecniche classiche della cucina d'autore italiana ad un'eccellente materia prima del territorio. Insomma tutto quello che si può chiedere ad un ristorante stellato in costiera. Per quanto concerne i prezzi, sono in linea con tutti i rincari del 2022. Lo chef e la gentilissima consorte sono stati anche molto carini nel venirci a salutare a fine cena. Esperienza assolutamente consigliata!

Tried La Serra based on its Michelin star and was not disappointed. The location is breathtaking with views looking down to the coast and Positano. The restaurant decor is a bit older. Upon sitting inside it was bright and not very romantic at first, almost seemed like a hospital. But once the staff began the dining experience it was first class and impeccable. They eventually dimmed the lights and it became a much more inviting setting. The staff is attentive and polished. Each course of the tasting menu was well thought out with great attention to detail and superb presentation. Hands down the best dinner we had in Positano.

La Serra: Hotel Le Agavi
My favourite dining experience in 10 days across all of Naples, Sorrento, Capri and Positano. We are in several Michelin star restaurants and this was our favourite. Beautiful setting, amazing food that was just as delicious as it was complex and beautiful. Great wine pairing too. We had the 6-course tasting menu, which was a whirlwind of flavours, mostly seafood. The restaurant manager was absolutely lovely and the great star chef (her husband!) also came out to greet the guests after dinner. We will be back!
