Very good shop have most of the brands tha staff were friendly and helpful thank you for making this excellent experience

Terrible customer service, very unprofessional and rude. First, they gave me out because apparently you have to give the shoes to the workers after you tried them. If you place them on the shelves they get annoyed.Then, I sat there 10 minutes waiting for my friend to arrive and they told me to leave and wait outside even though I was literally checking the shoes as well.Just rude people are working there, shoes look fine but you lost 2 customers with your horrible behaviour.

Servizio al cliente pessimo, cercando di effettuare un reso in negozio di un acquisto online non ho ricevuto nessun aiuto se non “dovevi leggere le email e guardare sul sito”Può essere una mancanza mia non aver seguito il loro procedimento predefinito ma sono stato trattato con troppa sufficienza e disinteresse

Sono entrata per provare un paio di scarpe. Sapevo già che modello volevo ed ero già convinta e pronta all'acquisto. Nonostante questo sono riusciti a mandarmi via senza concludere niente e girata di c*****i.Ho chiesto ad uno dei due commessi di poter provare il mio numero, andando a prendergli io la scarpa esposta per verificare che ci fosse (da sua richiesta). Gliela lascio in mano e si mette ad armeggiare con il telefono.Ho passato 20 minuti (!!) ad aspettare con le mani in mano, mentre il commesso scherzava tranquillo e scrollava il telefono. Quando mi sono alzata a chiedere se le scarpe stessero effettivamente arrivando, mi ha risposto:Eh mi sono dimenticato

Ricevuto il pacco oggi delle mie dunk next nature . Sneakers impeccabili e soprattutto prezzo onesto ! Ricomprerò da questo negozio.Unica pecca il pacco sembrava essere aperto . Forse anche l’imballaggio iniziale poteva essere più rinforzato . Ma la ragazza a cui ho chiamato mi ha dato un consiglio per un’eventuale prossima volta per qualsiasi acquisto da qualsiasi altro negozio online se il pacco risulta usurato riceverlo con riserva ! Grazie mille alla prossima

È uno store che mi piace moltissimo,trovo sempre qualcosa di interessante ma nn si può dire la stessa cosa del personale ,scortese,non preparato !!! La mia ultima esperienza è stata a dir poco raccapricciante .......provo una sneakers ma nn ero convinto , decido di tornare a provarla dopo una settimana ma il commesso (un ragazzo con i capelli lunghi e cappellino ) mi dice ma le hai già provate chiedo cmq di provarle ed alla mia richiesta mi dice che nn SN più disponibili......ovviamente una scusa!!!! Nn penso di tornarci più

Not many selections like other shoe stores but very specific and having rare collections we can't find in other general stores. Very friendly and helpful services, don't hesitate to ask and they're more than happy to help. I found the model I was looking for which I cannot find anywhere else. Location is easy to find and within the busy commercial district. Prices are standard, not marked up although they're rare collections.

Super helpful customer service and best products available. I have been hunting for Jacquemus X Nike sneakers, found them on One Block Down. When the delivery couldn’t reach me and sent it back to the store, the guys went ahead and resent it to me in due time and helped me deal with the carrier. I truly recommend this store for future purchases!
