Food tastes good, fresh orange juice was nice. Unfortunately we weren't able to get the burger or fruits using the voucher we got for flight delay.

Love their pizza regarding the taste and how crispy the dough is in addition to the topping. They are generous. The staff is also so kind.

Amazing burger. Had the American one which was great. Chips are crunchy, Goes really well with the sauce.

A pity our final experience of Rome was so poor. It must take a special blend of recruitment and training to find staff this disengaged/rude to front a service business. One 'server' stood staring at the till as if in a trance, determined not to catch the eye. Although it was not busy, my eventual server was so distracted she got my order wrong and then treated my purchase like 20-questions: I had to ask where to get the large bottle of water I'd just paid for. I had to ask again, and she trudged off to fetch a couple of plastic cups. The burger was okay, but this was lousy service. I imagine when it's busy, you could starve to death here.

My experience with La Fucina restaurant at Rome airport left much to be desired. We specifically communicated the urgency of our flight’s gate closing time, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver our take-away burgers in a timely manner. It was only due to a fortunate delay in the gate closing that we narrowly avoided missing our flight.To make matters worse, despite explicitly mentioning our allergy to guacamole, the staff carelessly included it in our burgers. This disregard for our safety was not only unprofessional but also potentially harmful.Adding insult to injury, the chicken in the burger was a major disappointment. It lacked flavor, tenderness, and moisture, leaving us with a dry and tasteless patty. It was far from the enjoyable dining experience we had hoped for.Considering the underwhelming quality of the food, the high price tag of €15 for a single burger felt unjustifiable. We felt like we were being taken advantage of, paying a premium for subpar quality.In conclusion, La Fucina fell short on several fronts—timeliness, attentiveness to customer requests, and delivering a satisfying meal. I would advise potential customers to exercise caution and explore other options when seeking take-away burgers at Rome airport.

L'unica cosa positiva di questo locale sono i posti a sedere con presa elettrica.Per il resto: cibo pessimo e carissimo (anche per un aeroporto), personale estremamente scortese, tempi di attesa lunghissimi, caffè pessimo!

Overall: Not recommend it, avoid it.Food:- I ordered an American and Italian burger. Overall the burger was fine but I can't say it was amazing.- The fries were horrific. Very burnt and solid stone. Not edible.Service:- It took 1hr of waiting to find out later on that my order wasn't even on the queue.- Their atitude was a bit indifferent to the customer.Ambient- A lot of tables with charging spots and different sizes. That was ok.

One of the best burgers I've ever shoved in my gob. Really good meat and cheese sauce. Size perfect, and fries well cooked and warm. Price isn't bad. Really, really good meal when you have time to kill.

The lady worker was so rude so rude, I was taking a video of the food to show my kids who are sitting far away because they are tired after a long flight and unable to walk around to choose food from the food court, so, I was taking a video to show them the food to choose from but the worker told me no photo" "no photo"
