We hired this outfit to clean the windows of a property in Albarella (Isola di Albarella, Rovigo, Italy) which had been recently remodeled and the windows installed brand new. Windows needed to be cleaned for the first time. They scratched 4 of the new windows and caused over 3500 euros worth of damage. We told them immediately (while they were there). They don't admit the damage they caused and refuse to send their insurance company or own the damage. I will discuss with my attorney for the next steps to take. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS if you value your property.
