Abbiamo fatto diverse cene nel ristorante ed è sempre stato tutto perfetto. Camera grande, bella e molto pulita. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Abbiamo fatto una festa pre matrimoniale con amici e parenti nel gazebo esterno ed il tutto è stato organizzato perfettamente dal team dell’Hotel!

Love it, love it! Everything is fabulous, the rooms, the service, the scene. Regardless if you love the products or the brand, spend a few nights here or come for dinner and drinks at the fab bar and terrace. Easy walk to the bulgari store or dome de Milan area.

I have tried several times to contact Bulgari Hotel Milano on their WhatsApp account listed on their website to make a reservation for the bar in April 2023. However, at first I get a reply, but every time after that I do not get a reply. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but this kind of problem never happens in other 5 star hotels. They could have called me if it was an error or something, but they never did.

Premetto che frequento questa struttura da sempre. Non ho mai avuto nulla da dire sulla qualità del servizio che è sempre stata adeguata agli standard elevati e di conseguenza costosi del posto, negli ultimi tempi però qualcosa è cambiato. Dopo aver ordinato il primo kocktail, il secondo è arrivato esattamente con metà del prodotto rispetto al primo, lo faccio notare al cameriere che porta via il bicchiere e torna con un altro, questa volta pieno ma annacquato. Arrivato il momento del conto vado al banco dove 2 giovani baristi stanno chiacchierando tra loro e finalmente dopo tre tentativi di farmi notare mi considerano e mi fanno il conto continuando a parlare tra di loro, praticamente era come se io non esistessi. Per 25 euro a drink mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più.
