Buenos días/buenas tardes. Soy de un Laboratorio de Argentina, provincia de Tucumán. Necesito contactarme con un representante de la marca en nuestro país que pueda ayudarnos con un problema.Tenemos un GENIO S, no nos está permitiendo emigrar los datos a la computadora para imprimir los reportes. Vemos que el equipo realiza la corrida pero no llegan los resultados a la PC para imprimir resultados y gráficas.Espero comentarios.SaludosLILIAN ORTIZ

hello.i don't work anymore in mediatec but i'm still reparing for some customer who had the genio.i faced a problem that i have never seen before.i hope that Mr STEFFANO MAGGIknow about this message.we know each other.the problem is that the Z offset is not good and the total cycle of running of the machine is with the arm head a little bit turned to the right so it dammage in some point the graphs.if you accept to give me a help join me on whatsapp to the name GHAZI CHERIF.thanks
