My husband and I stopped by to buy some scarves and we had a marvelous time with Adriana. Super friendly, offered many suggestions based on our stated preferences, let me try on half the store and showed us styling suggestions and helped us find gifts! We found many things we loved and it was hard to choose favorites.We were treated like dear friends and had a wonderful time.Highly suggest Adriana for Spanish speakers and English speakers.

Beautiful silk scarves from Italy in a beautiful location. I am an American traveler and collect scarves and shawls from around the world. This store has Incredible designs and quality. Definitely art to wear. Love the 3 scarves I purchased and plan to return.

I visited this store today with my family as we are on a trip from Australia and I wanted to purchase a scarf to keep forever. What a beautiful experience. The scarf is stunning but the customer service from the store owner (I think?), was so warm and lovely. Nicest man we’ve met in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place.

The only thing more beautiful than these scarves is the customer service!I've lived in Florence for 1.5 years & recently went back to Massimo Ravinale, wanting a colorful, keep forever scarf (I have plenty from the Mercato Centrale vendors & those do keep you warm & are fine, but nothing like the ones you find in MR). I ended up spending about 40 minutes in the shop, trying on a ridiculous number of scarves, especially given that they're expensive & I wanted to make a very thoughtful choice. The man who helped me was beyond patient & didn't care one bit how many I tried & he gave me an honest opinion without one ounce of heavy sales pressure (which, I may add, could be hard nowadays given that these stores have had such minimal business). He even took the time to teach me a new way to tie my scarf which I SO appreciated & he waited, so patiently, as I tried this new technique myself, assuring that I really understood it. If you're like me & enjoy having a few special things from your travels, this is THE spot to get a beautiful Italian scarf that you'll keep & wear forever.
