Déjà par son cadre magnifique, le coaching de Marina ne peut être que magique.C'est une personne passionnée par son art, ce qui permet d'avoir un enseignement en adéquation avec son karma. Je vous recommande ses cours qui vous procureront un apaisement, ou bien une énergie selon les cours que vous prendrez.

Marina est une superbe prof de Yoga, j’ai débuté le yoga avec elle et j’adore, les séances font un bien fou, c’est une passionnée qui prend le temps de tout bien expliquer, je recommande à 100% !

Best yoga studio in Monaco! Marina is teaching from her heart, every class with her is a unique experience! I've been attending her classes since more than 6 years.The location at Monte-Carlo Bay is impeccable. The indoor studio is super clean and serene, but the best is the outdoor training spot - by the sea, under a pergola, surrounded by the Mediterranean-style gardens!I'm a regular and will certainly continue to be one ;)Many thanks dear Marina!

I've been training with Marina since 2013! She is a fabulous teacher in Yoga & Pilates, that I warmly recommend to anybody from Monaco or around, wanting to get in a great shape (or maintain it) and also cultivate more harmony between body & soul.Her deep knowledge of how the human body works, her impressive skills, always wanting to try something different, the super positive vibes she's sending out - these are only a few of her qualities.Thanks to her I discovered yoga and made considerable progress over the years.Thank you Marina! Wow I absolutely love this Pilates andYoga class with Marina. You not only learn Yoga but you learn so much more about the body, nutrition and healthy Lifestyle. Marina is truly a Yogi with a health and Lifestyle Bonus. I feel my posture and flexibility getting better as well as understanding the key about Balance, breathing and also eating healthy. Absolutely amazing yoga studio in a fantastic location! The indoor space is very clean and has a great vibe, the outdoor terrace is by the sea and used all year round, if the weather is good.This is the place to go if you want to practice yoga, no matter your level, with a very inspiring teacher. I’ve been attending Marina’s yoga & Pilates classes is Monaco since more than 3 years. Thanks to her my body feels much better now and looks great too!Bravo Marina for your beautiful work!
