Non è sempre aperto,lo è solo se devono ritirare o consegnare un mezzo in quella sede,l'addetto che fortuna vuole che abbia trovato è gentile e disponibile ma invita a fare preventivo ed ordine sul loro sito internet.Sulla porta di ingresso comunque hanno dei numeri telefonici per problemi.

L'ufficio Europcar di Bergamo è situato in una posizione molto comoda per chi soggiorna in città o per chi come me necessita per lavoro di un auto.Ho trovato molta professionalità e competenza, mi è stato spiegato con precisione ogni dettaglio e regola del contratto con le relativi accessori o penali ed ho assistito allo stesso metodo spiegato in inglese a clienti stranieri.Dico questo perché spesso in caso di problemi si sente il non mi è stato detto"!! Secondo me non è questo il caso

Diciamo che se non si presta attenzione il negozio praticamente non si nota.L'ufficio è piccolo, ma il personale molto cordiale.In ogni caso Europcar è garanzia di qualità

The first car was hit on all sides, the interior looked awful and the service light was on. We had to return with all our luggage back to the airport to get another car. This time we were given an almost new one, but it also had scratches that we photographed and filmed because they were not included in the contract and there was no one to pass them on because there was nobody at the parking lot counter. On the way back we woke up that the person who took the car told us that there was no damage, checked the fuel tank and made us sign, in a hurry because we were losing the plane I didn't stop to read everything that was written on the contract and especially because what the employee wrote was in Italian, I did not understand him and I believed him. A few days after I woke up he accused me of scratching their car and that what he had written in Italian was a scratch on the front bar, a scratch that has been there since I took the car. After many phone calls and emails they solved the problem, but 5 months later I wake up with an email that I scratched their car, with pictures this time at that scratch, such a thing is inadmissible.

Thank God for Europcar Bergamo desk, specifically to Valeria, who absolutely SAVED us after a shameful experience with a local car rental company.They did everything they could to find us the best car with the best price.Bravo!!!

Non noleggiate con questa compagnia. Prima cosa che non andava al momento della consegna della vettura il prezzo dell'assicurazione sulla franchigia era di 33 euro al giorno per 2 giorni + iva......ho dovuto sborsare 95 euro o non mi davano la macchina......dopo qualche giorno non mi veniva rimborsata la cauzione di 500 euro bloccata al momento della consegna della macchina....ho provato a chiamare per 2 giorni di seguito senza avere risposta....decido allora di fare il numero come se fossi in panne con la macchina.....nessuna risposta....quindi significa che se fossi rimasto a piedi con la macchina sarei potuto morire....uno schifo totale....mai più....LADRI e incompetenti
