After reading the reviews i was worried before arriving.once i had arrived i was very relaxed to find a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment very spacious at an amazing price compared to others in the areaThe apartment was spotless and filled with everything we neededthe owners were very very hospitable and i was told if i needed anything to just ask they are very great peopleThe owner gave us a tour of the property and showed us a very private pool area to enjoyWe had a very relaxing stay it was central to anywhere we wanted to goI would defiantly return againI would definitely recommend it

Un luogo magico dove si torna a respirare la natura

- - uns wurde eine Verkostung des Weins angeboten. Uns wurde aber vorher nicht gesagt, dass dies etwas kosten würde. Nachdem wir dann am letzten Tag, Wein gekauft haben, hat uns der Vermieter Roberto auch noch gedrängt, 15€ pro Person zu zahlen. Auch für die Familienmitglieder, die nur ein Glas probiert haben. Frechheit!Zumal wir keinen Wein gekauft hätten, hätten wir nicht die Probe gemacht.- - Dazu kommt, dass Roberto 1€ / kWh abrechnet !!!!!!!!!!! Achtung !!! Abzocke!Das ist das 3,5 - fache seiner tatsächlichen Kosten. Angeblich wegen der Schwankungen im Netz und wegen der Kosten für die Klimaanlage. Aber das ist ja in der Miete schon drin!!Unglaubliche Frechheit! Nie wieder!!Weiterhin ist der Preis echt sehr teuer, für das was man bekommt. Wir sind mit 12 Leuten gefahren. Uns wurde gesagt der Pool sei direkt am Haus. Leider war er schon recht weit weg.- Auch durften wir nach 20:00 Uhr nicht mehr in den Pool. Wenn wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, durften wir nicht mehr in den Pool.+ die Lage ist okay

This appartment has amazing location and potentially can be amazing place. But unfortunately it is not. The appartment advertised as having swimming pool. Yes, they do have swimming pool but it is opened limited hours 9-19:30. We thought we will be able to use it after we come back after day out, but we couldnt because of time limitationApartment was dirty. All furniture is old and not maintained properly. Shower door not closing. Towels were grey instead of white and also very old. We got 4 towels for 5 people and one of towels had brown spots, so we asked to replace dirty one and give us one more towel. Owner explained to us that we need to use one towel for 2 adults. In the end they sent people to clean the apartment and gave us more towels but it was done in the way as we required something unusual.This appartment cost more than 1000 euro for a week and they asked to share towels. Really?Before we booked appartment i checked if they have washing machine and they said yes, it is 10m distance from the appartment and shared by all guests. When we came and wanted to use it we found that we need to pay 5 euro for each run and also were allowed to use it in the morning. In the end Clara suggested to help and take out our washing from the machine when washing completed.We all were very disappointed, because we feel that we were ripped off. This apartment should maybe cost 400 but definetly not over 1000. And the fact that owners believe that they can do what they want because you already paid and have no option but stay there - is really bad.I am traveling every year and i never got so bad service and no value for money.

Agriturismo curatissimo vista incantevole vini eccellenti

IN SHORT: Very Ok.Details? Where to start?We've been 6 adults and 2 kids, for 7 nights.Location: perfect, middle of 'everywhere ' in Toskany;), next to place quite close(in neighbouring small towns) some shops and supermarkets. 1-1.5h to any other place you want to go(we've been in Firenze, Venezia(by car+train), Siena, Cinque Terre(by car + train from La Spezia)).Next: house itself: clean, cousy, well maintained, yet spacoius. Space of house is just perfect, spacious bedrooms, each equipped with bathroom and toilet, all works as expected, no bad surprises, a lot of towels, kitchen equipped with all what you need, also with dishwasher. About the rooms, all as on pictures. Place to eat indoor and outdoor. Table and chars outside.Next: swimming pool - very clean water, a bit chilling ;), well maintained, quite a lot of sunbeds, very nice place to chill.Next: owners/service - great couple, very very nice people. English speaking, very helpful. You can learn from them about history of Italy. We asked for tour in their Etrusk basement - it was very good idea! They shared with us a lot of information about origins of the place. Really recommend that to do the same;)In general I recommend the place, worth to visit and stay.Enjoy the stay there!

I put this note because there are things not very correct. The owner comes during your meal to offer you a free tasting. At the end of your stay, he wants you to pay. Please note electricity is charged at a higher price. Not recommended for full privatization because distant houses. Disabled person not accessible. Otherwise it's clean and nice rooms
