Horrible service. We wanted to buy a leather bag but the one on display had quite a few scratches so we asked for one from the back. They didnt have more in stock and insisted that we had let the bag fall down (which we didn't) and that was the reason it was scratched. The bag was scratched on all sides so just that fact shows that it couldn't have been a fall. I saw some Farfetch receipts which leads me to believe they sell user/returned items and this bag is one of those items.

Non si meritano tanta attenzione, è solo chic nient‘altro. Per niente gentili se non si è Russi.Very disappointed, unfriendly, nothing special, I will never spend more attention for this place when I’m back to Ortigia.Sehr unfreundliches Personal, keine Aufmerksamkeit wenn man nicht Russe ist.
