Hilton Florence Metropole

Non concepisco le critiche a questo hotel. Mi appoggio per lavoro, per raggiungere casa, visto che è sulla strada del ritorno, un Hotel elegante, fino nei suoi modi e con un servizio ottimo che si attesta sulle 4 stelle. Il rapporto prezzo ci sta tutto, per ciò che si ottiene. Ottima la sua posizione, non troppo centrale e non troppo fuori mano, il giusto compromesso che fa comodo al cliente medio. Gentile lo staff sempre pronto a soddisfare il cliente, un ottimo punto di appoggio e soprattutto un ottimo Hotel.

This hotel has provided me with the best customer service experience of my life. Silviya was wonderful and very accommodating with my extenuating circumstances (last minute booking). They held baggage for an early morning arrival and offer a shuttle that is a lifesaver.The only downside is the location. It’s hard to walk to attractions because you are a few miles from the center of the city, but the aforementioned shuttle helps a lot.5/5 Service4/5 Location

It was decent hotel with friendly staff and quick access to the city center via shuttle , however the rooms need some refurbishing.- friendly and helpful staff, both the reception and restaurant- super quick access to the city center using the shuttle service. Taxi is also available very swiftly when called by the reception.- the hotel is situated in a quiet & pleasant area of the city- opening the room door was a difficult task, as the door was almost jammed in the floor. Hard to imagine how this was not picked up by the maintenance crew.- during our three days stay the fire alarm went on for three times. For the first two times we obided and evacuated the hotel, the third time we simply ignored it. Something is definitely wrong with the fire alarm. No communication has been made by the staff.- the state of the room is not on par for a four-star hotel

Un disastro! Il riscaldamento nelle camere non si può regolare, parte quando vuole lui e vigila ne una vecchia carriola. Il telefono è sulla scrivania, quindi non puoi rispondere dal letto, c'è solo una presa elettrica da un lato del letto. Gli ascensori sono lenti e programmati male (l'hotel ha 15 piani). Quando uno si é bloccato perché i ragazzi lo hanno sovraccaricato, il personale ci ha messo un quarto d'ora per capire dove fosse l'ascensore e farli uscire. Non lo consiglierei...

Elementi positivi. Struttura moderna e accogliente in linea con il nome Hilton. Camera pulita, letto e cuscini comodi. Wifi buona. Parcheggio interno. Per il centro comodo bus 77 e poi tramvia. Elementi negativi. Frigobar solo acqua. Bagno con vasca ormai desueto. Finiture ed arredi che risentono degli anni. Colazione sotto media per la categoria hotel. Climatizzazione rumorosa e non particolarmente regolabile

The Hotel was okay, very friendly service and staff, location is not ideal for a city trip but they offer a shuttle service. Room was okay but windows are not properly isolated and everything is a bit outdated. Evening Happy Hour in the executive lounge was decent, but big disappointment is the 20€ charge for the pool also for diamond members, have never experienced to get charged for a hotel pool as Hilton diamond. So regarding status recognition, the hotel can definitely improve. Regarding their employees, they are already very good.

Location, location location. There’s a reason why this hotel is so much cheaper than the other chain hotels in the city. Location is very far off in the outskirts of the town. Hotel does provide a shuttle service which runs every 1-1-2 hours or so until 10pm, but it does require some planning. Hotel can be reached via public transport, but again that requires you to change busses or trams, again not convenient.Hotel itself is fine, and the ladies at the reception desk are very friendly. Slightly dated property, and the breakfast isn’t up to the standards of say the Hilton Milan.

Nice rooms. Great breakfast. Whirlpool is extra per person twenty Euro. They have an ironing room which was new for me. Fitness center had a rower and free weights with treadmills.Service a bit slow for things like string luggage. Elevators were not optimized and I waited 5 and 10 minutes twice while seeing other elevators at the lobby not moving.Location requires tram AND bus from train station. However busses were frequent and tickets can be purchased at team stop.

Purtroppo ho dovuto soggiornare per lavoro per diverse settimane nel corso di quasi 2 anni in questo hotel e ancora mi domando come sia possibile, per un Hilton, offrire un servizio tanto scadente. Sono gold member da diversi mesi e il massimo benefit ricevuto finora (dopo migliaia di euro di soggiorno) sono 2 bottigliette di acqua da 0,12 cent per l’intero soggiorno (1 o 10 notti, sempre 2 bottigliette e niente frigo bar). Colazione pessima, con croissant surgelati riscaldati dai giorni precedenti e nessun servizio al tavolo se non dopo insistente richiesta. Camere fatiscenti, scarichi perennemente intasati, marmi scrostati, sanitari crepati e lenzuola macchiate. Temperatura e insonorizzazione delle stanze completamente da rivedere (31 gradi in camera a marzo e costante rumore della superstrada anche dal 12 piano).
