There’s no way we could have pulled off a destination wedding in Italy without Elizabeth’s indispensable expertise and assistance. We planned a microwedding in Florence with our closest friends and family and everything from decoration, food, photography, hmu were perfect thanks to Elizabeth’s coordination. The venue was stunning and Elizabeth’s ability to take our vision and select the dream venue within our budget was astonishing. Thank you for making our day so special!

From the onset of planning together, Elizabeth and her team were consistent and clear in their communications, as well as realistic in terms of timings, logistics and budgets. As planning went underway, she was extremely communicative, and we always felt very well supported. She works with excellent vendors, and offers her guidance without pressuring you to make a decision. For the wedding weekend itself, Elizabeth and her team had everything under control and her calmness made us feel so calm as well. All coordination was managed flawlessly across vendors, and we only had to enjoy our wedding. At every step of the planning and execution, we were so impressed by this team and would absolutely recommend others to work with them.

OTW has extensive knowledge of the region and worked with us to give them their dream wedding. Despite the 6 hour time difference, OTW’s response time and availability were amazingly quick. I’d highly recommend OTW as they coordinated a phenomenal memory that my family will cherish forever ☺️

The OTW team is the best of the best! Elizabeth and Anne were reliable, kind, organized, and all around wonderful people to work with. From our very first call, I knew they were the right choice for us.Planning a wedding all the way from the US seemed daunting but with their help it was a walk in the park. We just had our wedding with OTW less than a week ago and cannot be happier with the experience.From first contact, they were able to provide some amazing venue recommendations that we could choose from that suited our needs for accommodations, # of guests, atmosphere, etc.Elizabeth remained incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the whole process, which kept everything very stress free. The vendors she works with were all amazing and exceeded our expectations.Our day turned out better than either of us imagined and everything went so smoothly, all thanks to Elizabeth and Anne.
