Palazzo Belmonte

Posizione meravigliosa, sia per il mare che per il centro…peccato per la struttura, datata e poco curata, camere superior molto vecchie e semplici, spiaggia sporca….personale praticamente assente, colazione scarsa. Si fa pagare come un 5 stelle ma vale quanto un 2 stelle. Sono stata in hotel a 3 stelle molto ma molto più belli e attrezzati di questa location. Dispiace!

Step into a haven set in long established and beautiful gardensSteeped in history, the Palazzo oozes classical Italian charm - not standing on ceremony but full of the ease that local culture and the generations of unbroken custodianship by the same family have infused into it.Nothing was too much trouble; a blanket, an extra chair, spare plug - all quickly appeared without a fuss.Immediately outside the grounds, Santa Maria has a lovely village atmosphere, some wonderful restaurants, a very decent selection of shops, little beaches and a weekly market.There are day trips for those with the desire to explore. Paestum being just one - a remarkable historic site (with much more still to discover!) with three hugely impressive and still standing temples providing an insight into the influence of Magna Grecia in the area.Back in the gorgeous gardens, with tree shaded pathways, lawn with views over the gulf to Capri and the Amalfi coast, bar, restaurant and pool - a totally relaxing haven.Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable without being fussy.Loved it and will be back!

My wife and I approached the property to take a look since we were thinking of booking for a couple of nights. A lady, guess the owner, was the most unwelcoming person I have ever met. Obviously we won't book there. Stay away if you are looking for a warm and kind welcome, especially if you are looking for a USA level customer service.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hidden gem! Old historic palazzo, beautiful gardens, an amazing (and deep!) pool right above the beach, lots of areas to explore and relax in, super easy access to the quaint old town. Amazing old world charm. The palazzo is run by two sisters who’s family it’s been in for literally hundreds of years. We are definitely planning to come back here!

A stunning hotel set right by the sea with it’s own private beach area, and a swimming pool just above. The perfect spot for a few relaxing days in Santa Maria di Castellabate. Great breakfast, welcoming staff, and fantastic restaurant on a garden terrace overlooking the coast - couldn’t of asked for much more! Will be back again

I stayed 3 days at Palazzo BelmonteI have had the pleasure to meet Sofia and Francesca who runs the family business, very lovely peoples..I had such a wonderful time everything you need is in a very short distance,the staff made me feel welcomed ,the breakfast is very good the staff will welcome you with a nice smile which is always good in the morning .the beach is very comfortable ..Will be back for sure

Beautiful, historic hotel set right in front of a sandy beach. The perfect place to disconnect and recharge. I spent ten beautiful days there and I was so sad to leave. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Everyone including the staff was so warm and friendly. It felt like staying with a family in a beautiful coastal town. If you're looking for a place to experience real Italy, then look no further. Very authentic and real. I was so glad to experience a real Italian beach summer vacation - just like the locals do :)

Ritorneremo. Luogo mmerso nel verde direttamente su una spiaggia comodissima per i bimbi, dove ci si rilassa lontani dal frastuono. Siamo stati benissimo, coccolati dal personale gentilissimo e dalla padrona di casa, la Principessa Feancesca, attenta ad ogni dettaglio. Siamo stati con amici e bimbi ed abbiamo avuto la sensazione di essere a casa. Il cibo è buono dalla prima colazione al pranzo fino al ristorante sul Belvedere che ha una location mozzafiato. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca benessere e le cose sane.

Posto davvero incantevole, immerso tra il mare e il verde del parco. Ideale per chi è alla ricerca di tranquillità e relax. Ho trovato tanta gentilezza e disponibilità. Ritornerò sicuramente
