Gemma planned our wedding in Venice in 2017 and we can't recommend her highly enough. She did a fantastic job and took all of the stress out of wedding planning and preparing all the necessary paperwork etc. She has everything under control from the legalities to the translator at the ceremony, and had lots of options in terms of venues, photographer etc. Eventually we went with a venue that Gemma had not worked with before, but she went out of her way to go and meet with the hotel manager to talk through the day. She came and met us the day before the wedding and was there to usher ours guests where they needed to be on the day of the wedding also. We cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she put into making our wedding day as lovely as it was.

Dal tea a palazzo con una vera contessa, allo shooting con gli abiti del 700 veneziano, alla cioccolata bevuta da uno splendido palazzo affacciato sul Canal Grande.. esperienze ritagliate su misura del cliente, delle sue esigenze, del suo budget. Molte volte ha organizzato per me ed i miei amici dei momenti speciali perciò sono certa che realizzerà anche i vostri desideri!

Notre mariage s'est super bien passé. Gemma s'est occupée de tout (Photographe au top, gondole, réservation restaurant, cérémonie etc.) et c'était tout simplement parfait!Entreprise sérieuse et personnes de confiances.Merci encore pour votre disponibilité

Gemma è una donna molto professionale che ama il suo lavoro e ci mette il cuore in ogni cosa che fa, ed è di una simpatia pazzesca!!TOPL’esperienza più recente è stata per San Valentino, ha organizzato un giro di un’ora tra i canali di Venezia per 8 amici a bordo di 2 gondole, degustando deliziosi cicchetti e un buon Prosecco, di seguito una cena in un “Bacaro” caratteristico e finale col botto in una sala meravigliosa all’hotel Metropol a bere cioccolata calda e pasticcini appena sfornatiMeraviglioso !!Grazie Gemma

I wanted to share with you, and everyone else who may be thinking of getting married in Italy...do it!!! Jeff and I are avid cyclists. We enjoy climbing the paved mountain passes, the steeper the better! On July 19, 2017, while in Cortina on one of our cycling trips, much to my surprise, Jeff proposed to me on top of Tre Cime. Once we decided it would be just the two of us, when we started to discuss where we wanted to get married, a natural choice for us was Cortina, as we both have an extreme fondness for the Pearl of the Dolomites. We also wanted to figure out how we could get married on top of a mountain after just climbing it with our bicycles. Working together with Gemma, our dreams came true! Planning a wedding can be daunting and stressful at home, let alone in another country, and I am here to tell you that it was flawless! I started my search in February, from Connecticut, USA. I found Italy2Wed online and made contact via email. The same day I received a response from Gemma, and that is how it all started. Gemma answered all of my questions and emails in an extremely timely manner. She thought of details I did not think of, and I am typically detail oriented. She made all of the right recommendations. Gemma also surrounds herself with an amazing team of people like the photographer, videographer, and officiant! I cannot say enough about her team, they were beyond our expectations. If you are getting married in Italy, you must spare no expense when it comes to the video, don’t doubt it, do it!!! You will not be disappointed. Of course you are in the beautiful country of Italy, so some of Gemma’s and her teams job is made a little easier for them, in that regard. (That is why you must capture it in multiple ways, photographs and video). The day of the ceremony finally came in July, everyone was so helpful. I am a “take charge type of person. I found myself to be in a euphoric state that day

We thought we knew the in’s and out’s of getting married in Italy, but without Gemma we certainly would not have managed it. She is a consummate professional, indispensable advocate and a great joy to be around! Our day was perfect and we got to enjoy it as a result of her tireless attention to detail.

We could not have wished for a better more professional wedding planner. Daniela was fantastic from my initial email to our wedding day. She covered every little detail and we wanted for nothing. Micro Toffolo our photographer was brilliant. Our wedding breakfast at Bistrot De Venise was exceptional. Daniela even helped me dress. She remained calm and reassuring throughout. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Un San Valentino speciale organizzato da Gemma: in quattro coppie di amici siamo saliti in gondola per percorrere alcuni rii meno noti di Venezia. Durante il percorso abbiamo degustato navigando i cicchetti veneziani, sorseggiando un Prosecco ghiacciato.Gemma ci ha fatto così toccare con mano Venezia, il Veneto, dondolando sulla laguna; i gondolieri con cui Gemma lavora abitualmente sono stati molto accoglienti e ci hanno raccontato strada facendo qualche aneddoto e curiosità sulle gondole e la navigazione. Spesso le due gondole si sono affiancate e abbiamo così potuto partecipare all'esperienza tutti assieme.Siamo stati poi condotti in un bacaro veneziano molto simpatico, dove la nostra accompagnatrice aveva prenotato una cena leggera e non costosa, ma da veri veneziani.Siamo stati, infine, accompagnati a bere una cioccolata, con accanto ottimi dolcetti tipici, nel caffè di uno dei più belli hotel di Venezia, con cucina stellata.Insomma un'esperienza deliziosa, che ci ha fatti sentire turisti coccolati, ma anche un po' veneziani accolti come tali.Brava Gemma!

June 2019 Wedding: Gemma was amazing with helping plan our dream weekend! She helped us from the very start to being with us on the big day, we wouldn't of been able to create the day we wanted without her! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get married in Italy. Dale & Jess
