I bought from Mectron a dental air polisher almost a year ago, for about 1.100€, through a hungarian company, and I was not able to use it once! It always stops working during the treatments, wich puts the advertised air polishing treatments, the doctor and the dental office to shame. The supplier does not aswer my emails, and are not directly reachable either. They came up with various excuses why the polisher doesn't work (they claimed that all of them were my fault), eg. The chair is wrong, the cleaning method is incorrect, however I tried it on different chairs, had several mechanics look at it and even recorded a video about the cleaning process, to which the hungarian retailer said that I'm doing everything correctly and the polisher should work. The one year warranty period means nothing, because if the product doesn't work, they will claim that it's the buyer's fault even if they can't specify what the error is. To sum it up: do not buy anything from them!
