The owners of that hotel are thiefs, rude and dishonnest people. I booked the hotel through booking.com about three weeks in advance and then cancelled. The hotel charged my credit card over eur 3 300 even though the cancellation was free. The hotel never even reploed to my emails. The hotel refused to refund. Places like these should not excist. Thank's god booking.com refunded my trip.
