Very competent and likeable person sitting behind the desc.If you show up and start asking questions they are able to answer immediately without hesitation, which is very reassuring.They have also been on most trips themselves, (or in the area) so they can give you some tips or reccomendations.The trips range from cheap to expensive, depending on location and services included.Far of destinations are also possible to book, and it's also possible to just get some free of charge advice. All in all i can definatelt reccomend luis pichler if you're looking to go for a trip in the near future.
