Hans Kalbermatten Thermalbad AG

Probably 60% of baths were closed and empty. Majority of green space was roped off. Someone mowed the lawn around 430pm, which seemed odd. Water was not as warm as other baths I’ve been to. I can imagine it would be a nice place to spend the day but I definitely went on an off day.

Overpriced. Promise everything and give little. I sent an email to enquire as to whether they provide towels and robe with massage or spa treatments. They replied that we would receive a towel and bath robe with the booking. When we arrived we were informed that we could buy them, but they don't provide them. Thankfully, we had brought towels with us or the day would have been ruined and suffered a financial loss. Personally I would avoid this establishment. They don't even provide water!

Arrivati di sabato mattina dopo aver fatto il passo del sempione( super bello). Ore 10.30 nessuna fila per entrare. Biglietto 27 franchi x la giornata intera( +10 per l entrata inSpa con grotta 40°). Oppure c è l entrata di 3 ore. Per i bambini divertimento assicurato in più piscine e scivoli e gonfiabili. Beach Bar ti allieta con musica e cocktail zona piscina. Poi ci sono 2 ristori. Possibilità di affittare 2 lettini con ombrellone a 15 franchi oppure liberi i prati x stare con asciugamani. Nel pomeriggio l affluenza è stata maggiore ma nulla in confronto a piscine classiche di sabato. Sicuramente anche d inverno è uno spettacolo andarci. Era un po' variabile e ventilato essendo incastonato nella montagna consiglio sempre di portarsi maglietta o felpina

Carine, è l'aggettivo corretto da usare. Piccole, abbastanza belle ed estremamente pulite. Forse un po' eccessivo il prezzo, ma per tre ore da passare in tranquillità va bene.

Very nice and relaxing place. Outside warm pool is a must in winter. Spa is very well organized

Regular client there, overall excellent in terms of facilities, even more since it has been renovated, friendliness of staff and cleanliness. The only bad thing is the kids that should not be allowed under a certain age (noise and hygiene) in the outdoor area, especially since they have their own space in the indoor area... The result is that sometimes you feel it is a standard public swimming pool with kids messing around while thermal bath aim to be a quiet area for relaxing & wellness. My first time visiting this Thermalbad after 4.5 years in Switzerland. Definitely a favorite now. I really enjoyed the sauna Saturday ritual performed by Alex :) He made this visit even more enjoyable for me.Good selection of thermal pools, Dampfbad (steam rooms) and saunas. Would come back again for more than 3 hours next time. Highly recommend to anyone visiting in the area

Sono stato alle terme Sabato e Domenica appena passati. Vista meravigliosa in mezzo alle montagne innnevate, le terme offrono tutto quello di cui hai bisogno per goderti una vacanza rilassante e rigenerante. Posto consigliatissimo !!!!

Un impianto ubicato a pochi km dal confine italiano, ove il personale dice di non comprendere la lingua italiana. Non sembra di stare in un centro termale: la piscina ècaratterizzata da acqua tiepida/freddina, presenta scivoli per bambini che scorrazzano felici avanti e indietro, tra urla e schiamazzi...per carità sono bambini e sono adorabili, ma alle terme credo che ci si voglia rilassare. L'acqua come ripeto, non sembra affatto termale, si sente un forte odore di cloro, inoltre anche le docce e gli spogliatoi, a mio avviso sono abbastanza approssimativi. Non mi pare vi sia nemmeno un'area, ove si possono degustatre tisane o infusi. Sinceramente sono rimasta un po delusa, la proverbiale precisione svizzera, lascia a desiderare. Un plauso alla cortese addetta alle docce e spogliatoi.

Un posto spettacolare, pulitissimo, personale gentilissimo... Abbiamo passato una giornata rilassante e non spendendo la cifra esagerata, abbiamo fatto pic-nic sul prato, risparmiando e rendendo contenti i nostri figli....
