Exclusive - Hotel & Apartments

What a great hotel! The 2 rooms we had were exactly what we needed for our stay (group of 2 families). The hotel is very nice located, 4 mins walk to the sandy beach and 20-40 mins drive to Pisa and La Spezia (for boat tours to Cinque Terre). Rooms are big and bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was very yummy!They also allowed for late check in which was great. They gave us an access code and keys to our rooms were waiting for us. Very easy communication and exceptional hotel! Would return here if traveling to the area again!

L' Exclusive hotel è una perla rara in una zona che ha ben poco da offrire.La camera è molto spaziosa, accogliente e con 3 porte-finestre che si affacciano su un enorme terrazzo dotato di tavolino e sedie per godersi la pace ed il sole.Il personale gentile e sempre sorridente ti fa sentire a casa.La pulizia è uno dei punti forti di questo albergo: sia nelle aree comuni che nelle stanze non c'è un filo di polvere nè un capello caduto per errore.La colazione sia dolce che salata viene servita al tavolo da due ragazze preparate e molto gentili, che seguono perfettamente le normative Covid.Purtroppo abbiamo trascorso solo una notte qui, ma ci torneremo sicuramente, super consigliato!

Excellent for what it is, I got an apartment for a room price, (availability), 220 Eur, equipped with all what you need, kitchen, room living room, large, no restaurant inside the hotel, breakfast I clouded: lore than OK. Good choice in Massa. Cars noise, even that the windows are isolated. Receptionnistes very welcoming, fast check-in checkout. They allowed me late checkout.

It's clean & breakfast is ok/good.We asked for 2 bedrooms apartment but we've 2 bedrooms walk thru.. Disappointed because we asked & rang them to make sure is a 2 bedrooms apartment, with a sitting room.As for others, good location, just across the beach and not too far from the square.

Abbiamo Soggiornato con mio marito nel bilocale con angolo cottura a settembre 2021, abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo, confortevole e comodo perché vicino alla spiaggia e ai servizi. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile.Torneremo sicuramente!

Ottimo albergo situato in una zona tranquilla di Marina di Carrara, a pochi passi dal mare. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, le camere hanno tutti i servizi necessari ad un soggiorno piacevole.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per due notti e mi sono trovato molto bene.Le camere sono molto belle, spaziose, curate e con mobili nuovi.La colazione è fantastica e varia, sia i dolci che il salato sono molto buoni ed anche i succhi di frutta.Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile.Mi sono trovato molto bene; assolutamente consigliabile.Ha sia parcheggio esterno (gratuito) che coperto (a pagamento).

Tutto al superlativo!Fin da subito si nota la cura per questa bellissima struttura e il personale gentilissimo.Stanza perfetta, grande e accogliente.Ottima colazione per tutti i gusti con prodotti di qualità.Ottima posizione.Sicuramente ritornerò!

· It's an absolutely awesome hotel. Even though I am usually very skeptical about 3 star hotels in general, we booked this place for just 1 night on our way to Milan and only because they promised my husband that the air condition will cool off the room to 19C, which is pretty rare in Italy. To sum up our stay I should say that our room was pretty large with the kitchenette, dining area and very large balcony. It was very clean, king size bed was comfortable and the air condition worked great! Breakfast was pretty good! The staff is friendly and attentive. It's just a road away from the beach club. I am sure we'll stay there again on our next trip.· I have nothing to complain about, but if I would be really picky, I would say that the towels should be fluffier and bathrobes would be a huge plus! But I guess that would raise the stars to 4, prices would go up....just a suggestion for the future)))

Complimenti Innanzitutto allo staff, davvero gentile da coloro che sono in reception a quelli della sala colazione la quale è stata ottima con torte fatte in casa ed una speciale per il compleanno di mia moglie.Ho soggiornato con un bambino di sette mesi e mi hanno aiutato in tutto e per tutto.Pulizia perfetta soprattutto in camera.Posizione dell'hotel ottima.Parcheggio comodo.Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto la luce della camera quando la spegni la notte rimane leggermente luminosa ma forse sostituisce la luce d'emergenza.Bravi continuate così!!!
