Son unos estafadores. Te dicen la cotización y luego se aprovechan del idioma para confundirte. Cuando te dan el cambio te das cuenta que te descontaron la tasa por la operación y al querer cancelarla te dicen que q es irreversible y que te vayas o llaman a la Policia. Le dijimos que queríamos cancelar la operación y que llame a la Policia. Se hacía la que llamaba pero era mentira. Nos fuimos muy enojados pero no íbamos a permitir que unos estafadores nos arruinen el paseo. NO VAYANNNNNNN AHIIIIII

This is a scam. They quote rates of 0.98 of USD vs EUR. We wanted to straight change 100 usd and told us that would be 62 eur. According to their own quoted rates in the store, it should have been around 98. Hey, I’ll take 90 euros considering the tourist premium. Not sure under which logic they do this . You would be better just taking money out of your account at normal banks’ ATM, even if you get charged 5 bucks by your bank .For instance I took From my Canadian account at 1.37 per euro and the official rate is around 1.31. That is a 4.5% difference .. So, in conclusion you are way better off with taking money out of your bank instead of using these tourist traps…

Stay away completely scam, I asked police to get my money back

They stole my money. I gave them 800 dollars and they gave me back 540 euros. At the time I told them that I did not want to carry out the operation and they told me that they could not cancel it

Truffa legalizzata. SCAM.Oggi 25 Novembre 2022 se cambi 100 dollari statunitensi ottieni 96 euro. Nel seguente negozio ne ho avuti 62. ( ben 34 euro di commissioni, più del 30% del totale). Vediamo cosa ha da dire in merito la Guardia di Finanza...

This place is a scam. They take 20% on top of the exchange rate. We even got the police involved.They tell you about the fees after they take your money for exchange.Apparently this is legal in Italy, according to the police that tried to help us.
