This shop is named after the owner's daughter. While the owner does not speak English, he had the foresight to hire a young woman who does. She learned her English from Justin Bieber songs. Really. Ask her. They have really nice linen clothes in there.

Don't shop here if you are shipping anything!!! We were on a vacation in Salina for our 1 year anniversary and decided to order these beautiful handmade lamps that we decided to get shipped back to Messina so we didn't have to carry them on the ferry. They arrived about a week later terribly wrapped and boxed with only newspaper scraps. Meanwhile these are delicate ceramic lamps that costed over $300. We contacted the shop and they said they would send us new lamps absolutely with no problem after we had provided the receipts, photos of the lamps and the condition they arrived in and all the necessary information. A few days later, they contacted us saying that we didn't have the proper receipt and that in order for them to send out the new lamps we needed to pay for the price of 1 of them which would've now costed us another $175 plus the original $350 we spent just for new lamps that were received broken. We were completely astonished by the lack of accountability, professionalism and care they had for an issue that was completely out of our hands. I'm mostly disappointed because clearly the products they had in the store were authentic and beautiful Sicilian delicacies but I would never give my money again to a store who couldn't do the decent thing.

Pezzi davvero unici e tanta tanta cura nel soddisfare il cliente.L' anno scorso in vacanza a Salina vidi presso la Bottega di Sophie per la prima volta una magnifica Testa di Bacco che per mille motivi non portai a casa.In occasione del compleanno della mia ragazza, fortunatamente l' ho ritrovata in internet ed era ancora disponibile. A questo punto non ho esitato a contattare il gentilissimo Emanuele che mi ha assistito nella vendita e rassicurato sull' imballo adeguato.Ho ricevuto la Testa di Moro nei tempi attesi facendo davvero felice la mia ragazza con una graditissima sorpresa.Consiglio vivamente!!!

Pezzi davvero particolari e unici. Titolare molto disponibile e gentile. Farò sicuramente altri acquisti.
