Ci hanno venduta una casa che non è a norma di legge con l’assicurazione che lo faranno entro 6 mesi .Sono passati 3,5 anni ed adesso G Salvia dice che è il nostro problema !

The worst experience we had in Puglia. We came here with the project of buying a property in Carovigno and San Vito dei Normanni area. We saw an announcement about a plot with a small house in Torre Guaceto and went for a visit with two agents, one young lady and geometra from this Agency. We arrived and the little house was full of garbage, we went inside to take some pictures and we spotted a little puppy hidden in the garbage, in a very bad condition, dehydrated and terrified. I couldn’t focus anymore on the visit as i knew if we don’t help him he will die there very very quickly. My father and i tried to catch him but without success. He was terrified and aggressive. We were shocked that agents were just standing there like nothing is happening, like if he didn’t exist, my father and i was struggling to catch him, the geometra was just standing, filming us the whole time without any ask for help or if he can film us.. i ask them what can we do, if they know the procedure how it works but they just weren’t interested at all in helping this poor baby. I thought for sure they will come back and bring him at least water. We went back little bit later with food and water, of course no one came to help him in a meanwhile. We went to Polizia Locale, they helped us immediately, they caught him, we took him to the vet, he is now safe in a foster family. They could do the same much easier as they speak Italian. I have rarely witnessed such a lack of compassion and humanity, you should be shame of yourselves.
