Great location right next to ChinaTown ; rooms were spacious and clean.Highly recommend.

Ottima posizione, in una traversa di Via Paolo Sarpi, in piena Chinatown, da qualche anno diventata una bellissima zona. Inoltre sei a due passi dall'Arco della Pace e parco Sempione, ottima per i locali dove fare aperitivo e mangiare. Vicino anche a Garibaldi, Corso Como e piazza Gae Aulenti. La camera era fantastica, di design e confortevole. Ancora più bella delle foto. La mia era addirittura con un terrazzino che dà su un cortile molto quieto. Accoglienza e pulizia ottime.

Posizione tranquilla nella Chinatown di Milano, abbiamo soggiornato nel appartamento n. 2. Il suo punto di forza è sicuramente l'arredamento particolare. Note dolenti la finestra senza tende(ma con dei balconi) che da sulla strada e il fatto di non essere ben insonorizzata.Molto cordiale e disponibile la receptionist Emanuela.

Albergo posizionato in una buona zona di Milano con facile accesso alla stazione metro Monumentale. Arredamento essenziale e stanze spaziose con buon Wifi e condizionatore regolabile a piacimento. Da migliorare la pulizia delle stanze (qualche capello o zone di intonaco non pulitissime). Buona accoglienza da parte del personale. Esperienza tutto sommato positiva.

Sadly the pictures do not represent the rooms. We didnt book the cheapest room on the Website because on the pictures was a bathtub and wooden panels on the wall and a cool bed. But our room had none of the above. The one on the pics was not free, was the answer at the reception.

Terrible hotel, zero service, incompetent and uninterested staff on the reception (Emanuele). As a guest you don't feel welcome. Impudent lady on the reception. I can't recommend this hotel. High price low standard.

We had a horrendous experience here. We booked the room as it had air con and Wi-Fi because we had a long day travelling and wanted to be able to relax and recharge before a concert the following night. The air con was useless and despite running it on full power it could only bring down the temperature by two degrees, to 28. The Wi-Fi didn't work. Although we could hook up, we kept getting an error page. Also the electric entry system wasn't working so we weren't able to go out for food. The place itself was quite groovy. The lady on reception was very nice and did her best to help, but there wasn't much she could do. She got the owner to give us our money back so we could get somewhere else for the second night. She told us that the aircon was due to have a service the day we were supposed to leave, so maybe we were just unlucky.

Ho soggiornato la notte scorsa nell’appartamento 3, insieme alla mia fidanzata.Note positive: Emanuela alla reception sempre disponibile e gentile; la posizione e la vicinanza alle fermate delle principali linee dei mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro; l’arredamento dei singoli appartamenti.Note negative:La pulizia dell’appartamento in generale: capelli (altrui) presenti ovunque; bollitore e spremi agrumi inutilizzabili (bollitore con un dito di sporco dentro - spremi agrumi presentava residui evidenti; piccole colonie di formiche presenti in soggiorno e in bagno; rumori (per tutta la notte) provenienti non solo dalla strada, ma anche dall’interno dello stabile.Non credo ritornerò, ma un plauso ad Emanuela in reception.

The stairs smell very bad(as someone peed there). The bathroom start smelling after the first night. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working. The bathroom was inside the closet with a strange door into it. The bed cover was not clean on our arrival(pic attached) The walls were so thin you could hear people next door as they were in your room. No parking found in the nearby area only private parking which was very expensive. The location was far from the main sites and not in a good part of the city.However, the woman at the reception was very friendly and nice. She changed the bed sheets after we called her.
