Words cannot describe the villa Bellaria. 14 of us rented the villa for a friend's 50th birthday getaway. Ages ranged from 23 - 68 years and we ALL loved the experience. The owners were fabulous! Paolo and Gianni were hospitable, warm, helpful and could not have made our experience any better. The property was immaculate and one suite was even more fantastic than the last. Paolo is a fine furniture maker and crafted all of the furniture in the villa...amazing! The owners cooked a gourmet meal for us one night and brought in an Italian chef one day. We spent the day making pasta, sauces, desserts and Luigi even led us in Italian when we sang happy birthday. This was an experience we will not forget. It is also, practically, located very close to some wonderful destinations...all reachable within an hour and many towns within just a few kilometers. The pool was refreshing and we found on the last day Laticastelli, a restaurant and villa just above us where we had a wine tasting experience not to be forgotten. What can I say? 5 stars PLUS!

Super Haus, viel Platz, schöner Pool und Garten. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nette Eigentümer.

Wunderschönes Anwesen. Die Besitzer kümmern sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Alles sehr sauber. Wenn man Urlaub mit Entspannung in der Natur mit überschaubaren Distanzen zu schönen Ausfluszielen, wie Florenz, Siena oder Arezzo sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Top Adresse!

Sarete immersi nella vera Toscana. Un casale molto ben tenuto. All interno e all esterno. Bellissimo. E può offrire diverse soluzioni a seconda delle esigenze. La zona è perfetta per visitare Arezzo e Siena. Territori che lasciano senza fiato a tratti. Massimo il proprietario una brava persona, attento e preciso. Complimenti... Siamo stati molto bene. Grazie....

Geweldige vakantie gehad. Door Massimo en Angela meer dan uitstekend verzorgd en geholpen bij vragen. Het huis was super netjes en schoon, met een fraai zwembad, een buiten BBQ-plaats, een overdekt zitgedeelte met tafeltennistafel en een ruime overdekte plek om met zijn allen buiten te eten. Prima plek om in het zuiden van Toscane verschillende mooie steden of andere bezienswaardigheden te ontdekken, al zit je ook zo in Florence. Aanrader!

Schönes weitläufige Anwesen, wir sind hier mit 11 Personen und verbringen entspannte Urlaubs Tage hier. Sehr rührige Gastgeberfamilie.

Molto bello e ben organizzato , i proprietari molto disponibili, abbiamo usato tutta struttura , la sala comune ben attrezzata abbiamo usato il barbecue esterno ma non la.piscina poichè faceva ancora un pò freddo , ideale per i bambini che si sono divertiti tantissimo con tutto quello spazio all aperto. Complimenti ci ritorneremo sicuramente
