The staff did not allow to change one coat bought in another Gutteridge's shop in Napoli (in Via Chiaia) for another one in this shop (paying the difference, with ticket and everything right, not-used as it should be)The said that their different shops, they couldn't do that, bla bla bla, but that's not an issue in other Gutteridge's shops (I've changed clothes among Madrid and Barcelona shops)Moreover, after the arriving flight we asked in the same airport shop for the size of the coat, and they told us they hadn't it and with no possibilities. But today, five days after that, the have... Just for not looking inside.

Rude staff did not allow us to try on shirts when requested. It was too much work for them to put the shirts back. Extremely patronising.

Wish i could give a zero review. Shirt is peeling off. I wore it once. I asked for a refund, they refused. Stay away from this website! I already reached out to their customer services.They refused to help. They said all their products passed all quality test. I ordered extra two of same shirt, same thing happened. lol

Sono un appassionato del vostro profumo il classico non la nuova versione, ma l'ultimo acquisto che ho fatto nel vostro negozio come si suol dire a Napoli ho preso il (pacco). Ne ho il resto che ho comprato anni fa' nel flacone piccolo e il paragone non si può proprio fare, sono molto deluso.

Gutterige, esprime un tranquillo tono inglese. Con l'eleganza del popolo anglosassone crea una proposta che esce fuori da ogni negozio italiano. Nell'aeroporto tantissimi turisti apprezzano i prodotti di qualità, i prezzi sono giusti e proporzionati agli articoli.

Bel negozio, pulito e profumato. L'atmosfera english rende tutto molto elegante. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Se avete bisogno di fare bella figura senza spendere un capitale è il posto che fa per voi!

Very rude staff, my husband wanted to try on a couple of shirts and being 6ft6 needs to make sure they are the right shape.Said he couldn’t try them on and very dismissive attitude, I went and asked her again, after he had left the shop and she said no problem?!If it was my shop I wouldn’t want my employees to be turning away potential sales.

Negozio facente parte della omonima catena di abbigliamento. Abbastanza ben fornito puoi fare degli acquisti veramente buoni. Qualità media che può andare bene se non vuoi spendere molto per i vestiti in generale e vestire bene. Vedi foto
