Update April 2022:Mr Cecatiello is once again threatening me with a lawsuit for having left him a negative review.May 2021I left Mr Cecatiello an honest review. Mr Cecatiello immediately threatened me with legal action and claims for damages, saying my review was disparaging, defamatory, had lost him business and had breached his personal data. None of these claims reflects reality.Mr Cecatiello was my lawyer between June 2020 and March 2021 in a case involving the rights of my young daughters under Italian law. I paid him €7485,92 for his professional services, and unfortunately had to make a formal, written complaint to him about specific issues relating to his fees and his defence strategy".I took on a new lawyer mid- proceedings and she was able to quickly establish a good rapport with the opposing lawyer and the judge
