Sconsiglio questo autonoleggio.C'è stata poca correttezza alla consegna della macchina: era stata fatta una foto per verificare il livello del carburante che doveva essere tale anche alla consegna. Ho fatto il pieno per sbaglio (mettendo €10 in più), e ho fatto notare la mia svista, ma alla consegna non mi è stata restituita la cifra..attenzione

Io ed i miei colleghi abbiamo noleggiato più volte le auto ed i furgoni per lavoro da loro ed abbiamo sempre avuto, disponibilità, cortesia e attenzione da parte loro. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi, lo consiglio!

Noone answering the phone in their opening hours. We booked two days before, came to get the car - and then they didn't have any car anyway, and told us they were excused because they have 72 hours to notify you that there's no car available. They withdrawed the money anyway though. Damn scammer company.

Abominable & disorganised. Be aware: Avis' web system insists on pre-payment and debit it from your card straight away even though they don't confirm availability. The next day I got a message saying there were no cars available. It then took exactly one month of constant emailing, phone calls, legal demands and, finally, thankfully, intervention of a Sardinian friend who understood that this gave a very bad look for the local tourism industry and threatened to take them to the small claims court on my behalf. This worked, and one month after the whole debacle began, a reimbursement came through, but not the full amount that I'd been charged the previous month.On the positive side I was forced to rent with a local Italian rental chain, in the industrial estate, whose cars were absolutely fine — for half the price.
