La Pecora Pazza is wonderful! We were invited inside immediately and given instructions on how to order (we don't speak Italian but all the staff were very helpful which was so lovely of them)! I ordered the carbonara and it was so delicious! A friend ordered the margherita pizza and also had nothing but amazing things to say (we took the rest we didn't finish back home with us) - The staff were so kind and helpful and always made time for us no matter how busy they were. We'll definitely be going back!

I stumbled upon this restaurant during my stay in Rome and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The pizza I ordered was simply amazing, with fresh ingredients and a perfect tomato sauce. In addition to the pizza, the tiramisu was also delicious and tasty. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this Italian restaurant for all Italian food lovers looking for a place to enjoy a good meal.

Pros:1. Food was good value for money. Probably the biggest portions we’ve seen around and good enough quality , especially the pizza.2. The waiter was nice and gave us free liqueur for waiting a long time for the food.Cons:1. We waited 40 minutes for the food. That could have been ok since we’ve come to learn that Italian restaurants can be slow, but oddly enough, 3 tables seated and ordered after us got their food before us. By the time the food arrived we were hungry and ready to leave.2. We ordered the Cod fish pasta, and there was a piece of something thick and hard that appeared to be plastic and I nearly choked on it. We showed this to the staff and they said it was probably just a bone, no apologies. Well, that was a big thick bone for a boneless plate of fish pasta.3. The house wine was the worst we’ve had in our 2 weeks in Italy.

Siamo arrivati così, de botto, senza prenotare e ci hanno immediatamente trovato una buona sistemazione. Il posto è carino, semplice e curato, si respira aria di casa. Le porzioni sono abbondanti e gustose, gli ingredienti si sente che son freschi e di qualità, non potrete andar via insoddisfatti! Non abbiamo assaggiato la pizza solo perché eravamo ormai sazi ma la prossima volta la proveremo perché, da quel che abbiamo visto, non ha nulla da invidiare alle migliori pizze romane.

Hidden gem! This feels like having a distant Italian family hosting you for lunch or dinner. It feels homey, and their pasta, and pizza are the bomb! We've come back multiple times already, and we come back to cleanse our palette with good traditional Italian food.

Ordinato con consegna a domicilio una pizza buonissima e digeribile. Tipo sottile romano, ma con ingredienti della tradizione calabrese e meridionale, misti a quelli più veracemente romani. Prezzi molto competitivi. Arancino abbinato con nduja e verdure davvero buonissimo. Nella giungla del cosiddetto delivery" per la zona Esquilino assolutamente consigliati."

30/04/2023.Qui potete assaggiare piatti molisani, abruzzesi e romani che secondo me possono essere gustati al meglio quando il locale non è troppo affollato.In particolare abbiamo preso 2 antipasti pecora e 1 focaccia di accompagnamento.L'antipasto era buono ma ne è arrivato 1 solo perché l'altro era caduto e quindi l'hanno portato quando abbiamo praticamento finito il primo dei due.Per il resto ottimo il baccalà con patate.Buoni anche i tonnarelli al baccalà e pecorino. Sebbene l'accostamento dei due ingredienti sembri strano e troppo saporito, in realtà li hanno gestiti benissimo ed è stata una bella sorpresa.Buono anche il pesce spada in guazzetto e la trippa alla romana (con la mentuccia romana).Inoltre ho visto la pizza alla pala ordinato dal tavolo di fianco e mi è sembrata veramente molto buona.Peccato solo per il servizio che era chiaramente in confusione per via della serata del 30/04/2023 assai affollata.Ci tornerò per provare i piatti fatti con più calma.

Absolutely blown away by the food. We've been in Rome almost a week and it is by far the best we've had. We ordered the eggplant parmesan and the mixed antipasto, both were absolutely incredible. The flavors and textures were perfect and unlike anything else we've had here so far.

From the outside this place does not look like much and is easy to walk past. But don't be fooled and miss out on this little secret. When you go inside you discover a nice family runned restaurant with a warm, informal atmosphere and high quality food! The restaurant had English menu and the waiter spoke English as well - not so often to find this in Italy.The food was delivered quickly and tasted great! I left with a full stomach and a big smile. I recommend this place for travelers.
