EXPATS IN LUCCA.We had our kids in this school for one year and we couldn't have hope for anything better. Even thought this is not properly an international school they had a lot of expats kids, so the school and the teachers are used to deal with international families. The principal went way over her duties to making us feeling welcome even before we signed in. The teachers are professional, highly skilled and easy to deal with. They have approximately an excursion every two months. our kids felt very welcome and safe within their classmates. A surplus is definitely the mensa, with a menu that would be like a five stars restaurant anywhere overseas. Considering what this school offers and their cost in terms of fees, respect to the official international school in Lucca, and the quality of their services, I would strongly suggest all the expats to check them out because this school is an hidden gem.
