I usually shy away from luxury stores because I feel a bit out of place. I'm a casual girl by nature! But the staff here was incredibly kind and welcoming. I bought my first small luxury bag and some fragrances and was thrilled with the overall experience!

Store is quieter on a Sunday - very spacious. There is a good selection of shoes in both classic and seasonal styles. I was greeted promptly and felt very welcomed.Angelo (male staff) was super helpful assisting me to choose and fit shoes properly. He also has a great depth of knowledge about the brand heritage, told me interesting stories about some signature pieces - which I always look for in a salesperson (besides the actual quality of the goods) when buying from high end brands. He also went above a beyond in showing me different pieces in the store (wallets, scarves, bags) even though I only intended to buy the shoes. I was also offered drinks and made very comfortable browsing around. I was not rushed or pressured to make any purchase if I’m unsure about the piece.Payment was processed smoothly and I left with exactly what I wanted.Overall, exceptional customer services - please keep it up.
