Ca' San Rocco

Very pretty place. Don't trust your maps to navigate your there, you will be taken to the wrong place. Bring bug spray, we were eaten alive by mosquitoes and never even opened a window. A/C barely worked, but it was cool enough not to complain. Very nice terrace in our room, room D on second floor. Expect small hallways and stairs, getting luggage in and out is not easy, but do able.

Very central for all of venice. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Comodissimo alla stazione, pulito e ottima la colazione in terrazza, come l'autogestione per check in e ingressi. Da tenere a mente!!!

Ottima posizione, personale disponibile e cordiale, camere pulite e molto spaziose! Unica nota meno positiva, che a mio parere farebbe la differenza, è la colazione: tipica “continentale” senza infamia e senza lode (a parte che avveniva su un terrazzino super!)

Perfect 1 night stay. Easy 10 minute walk from the bus terminal. Ramps over 2 of the 3 bridges. Quiet location. 10 minute walk to Rialto Bridge. Excellent breakfast. No lift however.

Amazing hotel in a quiet neighbourhood near to the bus and train stations. Room was clean, spacious and comfy and overall the experience was excellent. The staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Great location close to the port and main bus & train transport terminalsSpotless and beautifully maintained B&B in a quiet area but all the main attractions in Venice can be reached on foot. Piazzale Roma, Venezia Santa Lucia railway station and vaperetto stops are all within 10 minutes walk.Located overlooking well maintained gardens and breakfast area on balcony overlooking gardens is idyllic. A good quality continental breakfast is provided.Rooms are well furnished, air conditioned and have en suite facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the overall ambience is excellent.

Very beautiful place, situated in a quiet area of Venice, close yo the train station. They have a nice terrace for breakfast (is such a pitty it is not open during the daytime). The room was spotless, not very big, but was enough for us. Close to everything, a lot of bars, terraces, restaurants nearby.
