Found I has a cracked rim on Saturday morning during a 3000km bike tour. The lovely owners here managed to deal with all their morning rush of happy clients and sorted my problem by taking a similar wheel from a new display bike and had me back on the road quickly. Even made expresso for my wife and I. Have a nice range of MTB and really nice road bikes. Thank you.
