Don’t ever use them. They scam you and trick you dirty. Transaction fees on top of ridiculous exchange rates. Use a local bank or post office atm instead.

Americans; just decline the currency exchange fee. You will still be able to withdraw the euro without the 13% increase. It will be more like 4 euro fee. I gave three stars because the company is obviously praying on people not knowing their shady practice.

Do not EVER use a Euronet ATM. They charge a 12% markup just to take your own money out. Find somewhere else.
