The worst company ever with a horrible customer service. These people are supposed to help you getting lost luggage as fast as they can, but they are only causing you stress and frustration. We've been 7 days without clothes because of their lack of communication and their mistake to send luggage to Norther Italy while we are staying in the South. I was calling every day their office but the contact number they provided me was busy or nobody answered until I find the number of the Managing Director. I spoke with the assistant and clearly she said that she didn't care at all about the matter. I have no idea why Airline Companies trust this company but they should cut them off.What a failure

The worst company ever...never waited that long for my luggage in Fiumicino! Over one hour! The worst organised ones ...being holiday season and flight delays are not at all good reasons. More robust strategies are a must for really professional companies. Delays and inconveniences always happen. Fiumicino Airport is at fault here too. It would be enough to read reviews and evaluation to understand that they should not use this company!

Bagaglio smarrito all'aeroporto di Fiumicino. Da due giorni nessuno risponde al telefono. Vergogna assoluta

Ho chiamato più volte per avere notizie del mio bagaglio al numero che mi hanno indicato ma c'è sempre una voce pre-registrata che indica gli orari di apertura peccato che siamo in pieno orario di risposta. Servizio pessimo!

Pessimo servizio. Contatti inesistenti, servizio di tracking che non funziona. Il mio bagaglio è smarrito e non c'è nessuno in grado di darmi informazioni. Zero attenzione al cliente.

Our bags weren’t at the baggage claim in Rome. The lady told us they would deliver the bags next day to our apartment. Nope. 3 days later at 11:30 PM a man showed up at our location with the bags. He texted 5 minutes before hand and they called us earlier in the day though they said between 7:30-9:30 pm. Good luck friend

At 20:43 I arrived at the lounge and a lady with little life in her voice told me they’ll close in 2 minutes. I don’t even think this was true. I checked on internet and there is no place to check for the program.
