Extremely rude customer service. I stopped by to check out a few colorful Laura Vita shoes that I saw on display. While waiting for a clerk to bring out my size, my daughter and I took another model of shoe from the display to see the details on it. A male clerk who looked like he was in charge of the place came up to me unexpectedly, yanked the shoe out of my hands, put it back on the display saying pleeease" with obvious irritation

My girlfriend and I spent the better part of the afternoon wandering around Prati looking for some cute, comfy, high-quality, reasonably priced shoes, and this store was BY FAR the best for hitting all four of those criteria. An excellent assortment of well-made Italian shoes for both men and women at prices (€40-80) that were in the range of the cheap knock-offs being sold on the street. The quality and style was closed to the €100-200 shoes being sold in other stores. On top of that, the staff was helpful and charming, and not at all in a hard-sell mode. We HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone looking for a nice pair of shoes!!!

Negozio con una scelta di scarpe con un rapporto qualità prezzo Ottimo !!! Personale e titolare preparato e gentile . Ho avuto un problema con un paio di scarpe dopo poche volte che le indossavo , sono passato al punto vendita e me lo hanno risolto in 3 minuti e senza neanche farmi parlare ( non è così scontato ormai ) . Posso soltanto ringraziarli .Sono molto molto soddisfatto del trattamento ricevuto . Grazie

Non esiste luogo migliore a livello qualità-prezzo a Roma per comprare scarpe da uomo. Tutti modelli made in Italy fatti a mano. In particolare i modelli simil Clarks sono eccezionali per comodità. Forse anche meglio degli originali, anche se forse rispetto a questi ultimi durano un po' meno nel tempo. Inoltre il prezzo è ottimo (38 euro). Continuate così

Comprato un paio di scarpe , indossate per due mesi, 6 ore al giorno...entrambi con la suola bucata!!!Mai più.Si sono consumate, ma l'usura è stata alquanto precoce. La ringrazio per la sua disponibilità.

Il negozio mi è stato consigliato dal mio compagno che è cliente da diversi anni . Ma purtroppo do una stella per atteggiamento molto scortese della commessa bionda che sbuffa e fa le facce in continuazione. Volevo acquistare un paio di scarpe ma sono scappata via. Peccato...

Negozio al centro di roma, che offre scarpe di alta qualità a prezzi veramente abbordabili. Il personale è gentilissimo e cordiale. Tornerò sicuramente a comprare di nuovo !
