Un Luogo Meraviglioso .(e le maiuscole non sono un errore di battitura..) ...immersa nella campagna...un ponte tra il passato e il presente...Si respira atmosfera, storia e amore per questa casa che ha abbracciato con le sue mura le storie e le vite di tante persone.Giulio e Ines squisiti e attenti padroni di casa .

Remote farmhouse stay surrounded by nature and tranquility in the heart of a beautiful region.Corte Croce is such a gem. It's a Corte-style farmhouse typical of the late 18th and 19th centuries in the region. It's large and completely available to guests, making it perfect for a family stay or a trip with a group of friends.The house is beautifully fitted and very comfortable. A feature of these Corte style constructions is the inside is very cool during the hot summer days. Giulio and Ines have decorated it exceedingly tastefully with nods to the house's history scattered throughout. Our dog adored the house and loved chilling on the couches or snooping around curiously. The photos are accurate.The grounds are enormous with a wonderful front garden for sunbathing or summer lunches. Our dog also adored roaming these fields and I am sure will miss the Corte dearly.The location is very remote which was exactly what we were looking for. That being said, it is between 30-60 mins by car from incredible visits such as Mantova, Verona, Parma, Modena, Bologna, etc.We were also looking for a place we could reliably work from during the day. The internet connection is very fast and worked extremely well for two people.Giulio and Ines are dedicated to making sure their guests have a pleasant stay and are a fountain of information about the surrounding region. They're passionate about sharing their family home and its stories with visitors to the region.There is also a Crossfit gym 10' away that is happy to host people to drop in who just want to use the squat rack or the rower, or attend the classes.It was such a pleasure to stay in this incredible gem and we cannot wait to return.

Bellissima esperienza. Immersi nella campagna in una dimora restaurata nel rispetto del luogo. Incredibile come ci si possa sentire a proprio agio in un luogo distante anni luce dalla realtà quotidiana. Si vive nel passato ma collegati al presente da una modernissima linea internet

Posto sospeso tra passato e presente, tra bellezza e natura, fascino e calore domestico...Un' esperienza da vivere per chi vuole assaporare momenti di autentica vita nella campagna della Bassa. Preziosissima la guida di Giulio e i suoi aneddoti, assolutamente da conoscere.Grazie!

Corte Croce is a sanctuary and a home away from home. This is a beautiful historic farmhouse surrounded by hectares of charming land. The house has been perfectly designed, respecting the historic features while making it modern and comfortable. It’s ideally located to visit all the main cities in northern Italy such as Mantova, Modena, Bologna etc. The hosts who own the property are exceptional, they made sure we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable and relaxing stay. We will be back!
