We booked a Driver/Guide from the port of Civitavecchia for a full day in Rome. Our driver, Fabio arrived in a spotlessly clean van and had a cooler of ice cold drinks. We could not have been happier with the service we received from Fabio. We are traveling with my 78 year old mother who is not very mobile. It was unbelievable how close he got her to all the major tourist sites including St Peter's Square, the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly and took us the the church of St. Paul outside the wall as a surprise and it was just icing on the cake for a fantastic tour! We would not hesitate to book this company again.

Booked a 5am ride to the Rome airport. Roberto was early and very helpful. It was a big relief to have a professional driver for such an early flight, especially with children in tow. Highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with NCC. We actually used them 3 times during our visit. The first was a transfer from the cruise port to our hotel via a shared shuttle. The driver was prompt and we arrived at our hotel safely. He also booked our transfer from our hotel to the airport (private) while we were in the car. During our stay we wanted to do a night tour, and found NCC had availability. With just barely an hour notice our driver showed up and gave an excellent night tour of Rome. He didn't speak English very well, but made every attempt to converse with us, even used google translate when he could. We really enjoyed this service and would definitely recommend using it. Last, our drive to the airport was prompt and the ride was as expected (although we hated to leave). The only issue I want to point out is the problem with taking credit cards. Two of the drivers couldn't figure out the terminal to take our card. One made us pay cash thinking it was a problem with our card. I would recommend having Euro's on hand just in case, but they do need to figure out how to take credit cards for every transaction.

Excellent service - used three times in Rome. Drivers were on time and very professional. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again when we return to Rome.

Booked with NCC from USA for transportation to and from Civitavecchia to Rome. I was impressed with the follow up emails for confirmation, and pricing! Carlo our driver was professional, courtesy and also flexible when we had to change our times. I shall use them again!

5 of us were picked up from MSC Seaview by Claudio and taken to Rome.Claudio was knowledgeable, punctual, extremely courteous and very passionate about Rome. We thought he must be a Professor of history but he said not. He took us as close as possible to all the sights on our itinerary and to some places we would have missed without his expertise. The limousine was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We have no hesitation in recommending him and his company,.

On a trip to Rome I used NCC Airport transfer for 3 trips back and forth to the Civitavecchia Port and then a trip to the airport. For each trip the drivers were 10 minutes early very courteous and clean vehicles. The prices charged were as stated. Great reliable service will recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent. Used this service twice in Rome 1) transfer from airport with 3 hour tour of Rome then drop off at cruise port. Our guide was excellent we had time to visit pantheon, Trevi fountain, churches, squares, Spanish steps and more. Pretty expensive tour but I saw it all in a very short period of time. 2) shared transfer from cruise port to airport. Transfer back was a steal compared to price of cruise line or taxis. Everything went off without a hitch. Definitely recommend

Booked a holiday through Love Holidays! Had paid in advance for private transfers to Hotel in Rome city centre and Return to airport when leaving Rome,We were told that the Driver would be outside the white steps in Rome, but as we arrived so sign of driver..There was 2 other couples there the same story waiting for the private transfers which weren’t there either.We asked at the information desk which they replied they never arrive when booking through love holidays but yet take our money! We tried calling them at least 4 times and never answered the phone , paid for taxis and buses to and from hotel and they never got in touch with us just never arrived. Very poor service.
