A very confusing place for tourists. There is no tourist information. If you're wondering where to buy tickets - it's in the cafe opposite... And they had no daily tickets available. Finally I downloaded the Muvt app and bought daily tickets that way. The whole Amtab experience for tourists needs to be improved.

Buses are cheap and good but only if you can find them! There is no much information for tourists. Also the staff that sells tickets is very rude. I asked a man from the staff at the ticket desk about another bus and he told me in a very rude way he doesn't know about it. Clearly he didn't want to help and was very arrogant.

They have no map, no timetable, and I have a bit of Italian and never speak English in Italy, but could get no assistance. I bought a brace of tickets I ended up giving to a random person when I was leaving. There is no way to tell what bus you need to take for where you want to go
