Casa Caroli

Loved our stay in Casa Caroli Alba. Parking very easy, 100% in city center, host gave nice local restaurant recommendations, also for wineyards. Very good clinate control for both- cold and hot season. Enough plugs to charge everything. Outdoor sitting area was also nice.

Awesome location! From the place itself to the location and the welcoming, I recommend Casa Caroli :) I was there with 1 toddler and 1 child and 4 other adults -> loved the location right in Alba’s heart, loved how the house is decorated and comfortable and really appreciated how the host took care of us, being available to make our stay the best. Easy parking on the premises (even for a large car). Highly recommended for a urban trip to Alba or to explore the region.A real pleasure , hoping to be back soon.

We had a wonderful time. The house is very pretty on the outside and very homely on the inside. Perfect base to see Alba and the beautiful countryside around. We even had day trips to Milan and Turin. We loved our stay and would love to go back!

Tucked in a side street in the centre of Alba, but within walking distance of the Duomo and main commercial streets, Casa Caroli was the perfect retreat to wind down after long days under the Italian burning sun.The kitchen/dining area was delimited enough from the sofa-bed so that it did not feel like I was sleeping in the kitchen. All rooms including the lounge, had both curtains and blinds to stop some light in the early morning.The upstairs bathroom seemed recently renovated with quite a big shower. That was my go-to place as soon as we got to the house every single evening.We barely made any use of the lovely balcony. Walking all day under the sun, once we got to the house we just wanted to shower and chill on the sofa area. The house doesn't need a/c as it kept very cool throughout the day.One detail that I found very welcoming was that there was a bowl with pamphlets on restaurants and vineyards on the entrance console. Supporting local businesses but also ideal if you need suggestions on where to eat.Carla was very welcoming and full of ideas. She recommended we hire electric bikes for a cycling expedition across the Italian countryside. The views alone made the journey worthwhile.
