Ho acquistato un trolley poco tempo fa e nel usarlo ho perso una ruota . La commessa è stata molto gentile e il giorno dopo mi ha sostituito la ruota persa . Complimenti per la professionalità .

The bag I wanted (which was NOT at a discount price even though this is an outlet) was damaged, with a broken plastic piece and soiled. I was offered a very low 20% off the normal price which was not acceptable. The salesperson took my number and email to follow up on Monday, to either reduce the price or send me a new one. Nobody contacted me again.
