We spent two nights here on business trip and I must say that everything was excellent, great experience.The location is perfect close to all other facilities.I definitively recommend this Hotel to others who are coming to Sorrento.

Booked a transfer service through Orbitz to take us from airport to hotel and vice versa. I received an email about a month before our trip confirming times and dates. The day we arrived in Naples the driver was nowhere to be found. Mind you, this was our first trip to Italy. So we were in a new place and not fully able to speak the language looking for someone with my name on a sign. Eventually, I decided to call. The woman on the phone was very friendly and said the driver would likely be there shortly. Ok fine... no big deal. About 10 minutes later the driver arrived. He was a very nice man and we tipped him well for the ride to our hotel.When it came time for us to leave is where things fell apart. The car was scheduled to be to us at 3:15( confirmed by the company themselves). We stood outside our hotel at 3 and waited and waited and waited. Finally at 3:25 I decided I was going to call since it worked out last time. I called and got the same woman who, this time, seemed to have no idea who I was. She seemed very confused and said she’d call me back. Again, about 10 minutes later, a driver showed up ( different than our first driver). Immediately he gets defensive about how he’s actually not late as pickup time on his paper was 3:30 ( mind you it was almost 3:40 at this point). I told him he was wrong but it didn’t matter because we had to go to catch our flight. Also, the woman in the office never bothered to call me back.My problem is that this service is not cheap. For the money paid, I expect the driver to be ready for me when they said they’d be ready. I’m not unrealistic so 5-10 minutes late especially with traffic in Italy is fine. But 15+? And twice in a row? No thanks. Next time we will find other ways to get to Sorrento as there are plenty of options. It’s unfortunate because this could have been a wonderful service.

If you are arriving late in Naples and need to get to Sorrento, this service is perfect. Everything was like clockwork with driver waiting for us in arrivals as communicated. The drive was smooth and relaxed and the driver polite and courteous. We also used this service to return to the airport for an early morning flight and the (same) driver was waiting for us as we checked out. First rate experience and well recommended.

Belmare Travel arranged for us the transfer from Naples airport to our hotel in Sorrento. The transfer booking went ok and , more important, the driver was at the airport at the time we agreed upon. He was very helpful and friendly and…. he was a save driver!! Based on our experience with the transfer we decided to book some tours with Belmare as well. The question was which tours. Fortunately we were advised by Fatima, who was very helpful in selecting the tours based on our wishes and possibilities. She was to the point, clear in explaining, took the time for us, and spoke very well English,summarizing: she did an excellent job for us!! During the selection of the tours it appeared that she was the same Fatima who arranged our tranfer so well. When visiting Sorrento again we will definitely choose Belmare Travel (and ask for the assistance of Fatima, that goes without saying!!!!)

I bought an expedia bundle package which included car service through this company. They were to provide car service to and from the airport in Naples and our hotel in Positano. The company contacted us the week before the trip to confirm with us and also sent their terms and conditions which stated to advise them of any flight changes that may occur 24 hours or more out of the flight. Unfortunately, our flight out was delayed by 3.5 hours. There was no one to call at this company as it was the middle of the night in Italy. They did have all of our flight information which can be easily checked online. When we landed in Italy, we received a text message that our driver had left and we were being considered a no show and would be charged the full car service fee. We attempted to contact the company via text from the airport and got a rude woman named Angela who was condescending and not helpful. They initially refused to give us any kind of refund and offered to do our pick up back to the airport. They offered a 3:30am pick up time for a 10:00am flight. At this point, we didn't want to deal with them at all. We got 50% of our money back but it should have been a full refund. I would not use this company and Expedia should not do business with them.

Used Belmare Travel (via Expedia) for private transfer to/from Naples airport to our hotel in Sorrento. The service on both journeys was excellent and on time as planned. A huge thank you for a great start and end to our break.

We booked our Pompeii tour direct with Belmare Travel. My experience with Nada at Belmare Travel was 5 star plus. Nada was very friendly and she replied promptly and professionally to all my questions. We made a point of stopping at their office while in Sorrento as I had to meet the wonderful person who assisted us in booking this tour as well as answering so many other questions. The Pompeii tour was excellent and our guide Jessica was great. Very interesting and informative tour. Do not hesitate to book this tour direct through Belmare Travel. Thank you Nada for all your assistance and Jessica for a wonderful tour. Be sure to ask Nada about other tours and services and you will be in good hands.
