This is a fantastic apartment. That could be the whole review, but we’ll provide a few more details.This spacious apartment has a full kitchen (four burner gas cooktop; small oven; microwave; full size fridge; lots of pots and pans; utensils for cooking and eating; plates; bowls; cups; glasses), an excellent pod-style espresso machine and a small table. It is by far and away the best kitchen we’ve seen on our travels in Italy so far.The included breakfast is fully stocked for your stay, including eggs, milk and juices in the fridge, and cold cereals.(huge plus) so you can enjoy breakfast at your own pace.The bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Shutters keep the room nice and dark for sleeping, and the town is very quiet.The bathroom is spacious as well, and the shower provided excellent water pressure and apparently limitless hot water.The large living room has a full-size couch for relaxing and reading, and a flat screen TV and available for Netflix viewing if you’re so inclined. There’s another small dining table at the back of the room, which is where we enjoyed the dinner we prepared for ourselves in the aforementioned kitchen.Best of all, though, is the fabulous collection of pop culture literature and movie memorabilia that fills an entire wall of the room. If you’re a fan of Back to the Future movies you’re going to be giddy with joy in this apartment.Bonus: our host gave us access to the laundry washing machine on the main floor, so we were able to wash a big load of hiking clothes - bliss!From both a comfort and value for money perspective (we paid €66/night) this was the best property we’ve enjoyed so far in Italy.Highly recommended.

Sembrerà eccessivo dare le 5 stelle a un B&B ma questo è un appartamento con stanza da letto, soggiorno, cucina, bagno e anticamera. La cucina è stata ristrutturata quindi è nuova con lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, piano cottura, grande frigorifero e non manca assolutamente nulla, basta aprire cassetti o antine ed è come essere a casa propria. Inoltre ci sono tre televisori, uno piccolo in stanza da letto e due piatti grandi rispettivamente in soggiorno e cucina. La pulizia è totale dovunque. Ho frequentato soprattutto residence ma nessuno è stato all'altezza come questo appartamento. Infine per la colazione c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta: yogurt, latte, macchina caffè con cialde, tè, tisane, infusi. Poi rigorosamente confezionati per mantenere la freschezza ci sono fette biscottate, marmellate varie, biscotti, fette di crostate, Kelloggs cereali, biscotti. Insomma adatto per coloro che fanno delle sostanziose colazioni e, cosa importante, per conto tuo e assolutamente quando vuoi. Il requisito per una buona vacanza è trovare il posto giusto per riposarsi senza spendere dei capitali: questo lo è.
