The Website has good locations and standardised designs which is good for maintaining standards. Rome really needs some good, standardised and affordable b&bs for visitors. Usually what one sees isn't what one gets.

We rented iFlat | Spacious Penthouse near the Vatican city for a weekend getaway (5 person) from 6 to 8 May. In an apartment administrated for Airbnb by IFlat and we got robbed: small things like perfumes and cosmetics and clothes with a rounded value of 500 euros.The experience was a terrible one, we left the luggage inside before the flat was cleaned (as agreed with IFlat) closed the door with the key and returned to the apartment later, after it was cleaned. The door of the apartment was closed with key and our luggages were left in the exact place where we left them, but stuff was gone from out suitcases. Other more valuable things were not stolen (a laptop).We immediately contacted IFlat (and spent a lot of time explaining the situation) we also reported to the Rome Police (a report was provided to the agency). They were not helpful, they did not offer any solutions, they even made us feel more unsafe as they said it was probably someone from the street who broke into the apartment (located on the last floor of a tall building), not the cleaning team.At first they offered us compensation for our stay (around 800 euros), but we only asked for our things to be compensated, they agreed. The next day, they said:- We can offer you half of the money now, and the other half after we see a good review.Suffice to say, we did not get any money back, but we will never forget the nerve of that request.We all are travellers and have visited many countries and never had such a terrible experience. A art the above facts, the apartment itself is nice and located in a good area but we will not be staying there ever, nor at a different apartment hosted by iFlat.

Mi affido ad iFlat da due anni per gestire la mia casa e, nonostante le sfide Covid dell'ultimo anno, il servizio che mi avete offerto è assolutamente da elogiare. Mi sento supportata da uno staff competente e professionale, che non esita a risolvere prontamente qualsiasi problema. Un ringraziamento fatto con il cuore per tutto l’ottimo lavoro che fate per me.

E' sempre un piacere lavorare con qualsiasi membro dello Staff di iFlat. Sono tutti molto professionali e gentili. Si prendono cura del mio appartamento con efficienza e velocità. Riesco in totale trasparenza a monitorare l'andamento delle prenotazioni e dei pagamenti grazie al mio portale personale online: tutto sempre molto chiaro e preciso. Ho un appartamento in Piazza Navona che volevo convertire in casa vacanza, ho contattato diverse agenzie ma iFlat è stata davvero una ventata d’aria fresca. Personale incredibilmente gentile, disponibile e sensibile ad ogni esigenza. E’ un piacere collaborare con loro, non avrei potuto mettere il mio appartamento in mani migliori.

My family and I (adults and an in infant) stayed in an iFlat apartment in Piazza Di Spagna Via Della Croce. We absolutely loved the space, the flat, the spacious rooms, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living room. It was very clean, and Angelo was the most helpful person to help with anything we needed. The flat was in the best spot, everything on foot, with some of the main attractions only 5-10 min away from us. We could not hear any noise at night from the street. Great restaurants, and all the shops you want on your feet. We stayed in November 2022, and we were very lucky with the weather. We highly recommend iFlat and Angelo as we had an incredible experience. We will definitely choose iFlat again!

Avevo una seconda casa a Roma che è rimasta inutilizzata per anni in quanto io vivo a Milano. Ho deciso di contattare iFlat, inizialmente ero solo curiosa del loro servizio, ma la loro professionalità mi ha colpito da subito. Grazie al loro lavoro, l’appartamento che è stato per 5 anni solo fonte di spese e preoccupazione, adesso mi frutta una bella rendita, oltre al fatto che la casa è stata ri-arredata e che il team di iFlat si occupa delle eventuali manutenzioni. Grazie ragazzi, ottimo lavoro davvero.
