Wir haben alles per Email erledigt. Es ging schnell, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und kompetent. Die Ware war einwandfrei. Die Lieferung erfolgte mit zwei Mitarbeitern, die alles perfekt gemacht haben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

La table a été livrée ce matin. Chauffeur très sympathique. Nous venons de finir le montage sans aucune difficulté .La table est tout simplement magnifique !Un GRAND merci pour tout. De la commande à l’installation cela a été un vrai plaisir d’être en relation avec vous. Vous nous aviez promis de faire tout votre possible pour que nous puissions avoir notre table pour Noël. We ordered a Devina Nais table and sideboard. Unfortunately the sideboard arrived slightly damaged due to pad packaging on Devina Nais' side. The follow up and willingness to find an agreeable solution from Format's side were fantastic! Very professional and proactive. I would highly recommend this store.
